NATURE OF THE ACTIVITIES. Urban Air operates a trampoline and adventure park, which offers Participants (a) the opportunity to participate actively or passively, in trampoline and adventure park related activities, including, but not limited to, jumping, dodgeball, volleyball, tumbling, foam pit jumping, aerobics, skydiving, ninja warrior course, battle beam, laser tag, soft play, ropes course, climbing wall, roller coaster/sky rider, go carts, laser tag, bowling, bumper cars, cyber sports, mini golf, arcades, exercising, and other miscellaneous trampoline and adventure activities, instruction, training, fitness classes, competition, events, and programs and (b) access to the Premises and cafe (collectively, Activities).
NATURE OF THE ACTIVITIES. Urban Air is a trampoline and adventure park, which offers Participants the opportunity to participate actively or passively, in trampoline and adventure park related activities, including, but not limited to, jumping, dodgeball, volleyball, tumbling, foam pit jumping, aerobics, skydiving, ninja warrior course, battle beam, laser tag, soft play, ropes course, climbing wall, roller coaster/sky rider, go carts, laser tag, bowling, spin zone, bumper cars, cyber sports, mini golf, arcades, exercising and other miscellaneous trampoline and adventure activities, use of any equipment or attractions, instruction, training, classes, observation, use of the locker room area, use of the dining area, use of any portion of the Premises, including, but not limited to, the associated sidewalks and parking lots, and any competition, event, or program sponsored by or affiliated with the Protected Parties as defined below in Section 5 of this Agreement, (collectively, “Activities”). These Activities can help produce many benefits, including pleasure, improved physical fitness, more attractive appearance, more energy, greater enjoyment of life, and many health benefits. Participants acknowledge that trampoline and adventure activities are active and vigorous and consequently, involve some risks of injury that are inherent to the activity. Even though Urban Air (a) has designed the facility with safety in mind, (b) provides instruction in some Activities, (c) provides general supervision of some Activities, and (d) has developed rules and policies that focus on safety, it is impossible to eliminate all risk and possibility of injury.

NATURE OF THE ACTIVITIES. Xtreme Play is an adrenaline park, which offers participants the opportunity to participate actively or passively, in family entertainment and adrenaline park related activities, including, but not limited to, jumping, tumbling, foam pit jumping, ninja warrior course, laser tag, soft play, ropes course, climbing wall, laser tag, bowling, spin zone, bumper cars, vr/cyber sports, arcades, exercising and other miscellaneous adventure activities, use of any equipment or attractions, instruction, training, classes, observation, use of the dining area, or party area use of any portion of the Premises, including, but not limited to, the associated sidewalks and parking lots, and any competition, event, or program sponsored by or affiliated with the Protected Parties as defined below in Section 5 of this Agreement, (collectively, “Activities”). Participants acknowledge that trampoline and adventure activities and the Activities above are active and vigorous and consequently, involve some risks of injury that are inherent in the Activities. NATURE OF THE ACTIVITIES. The Project will take place primarily on the Mt Hood National Forest. We will be working with representatives of the US Forest Service on projects to restore and protect the natural environment of the National Forest. On the Project, we will travel to Mt Hood by Xxxxxx School bus on I-84 and US 26, a drive of approximately 60 miles each way. The group will stay at Nanitch Lodge, a Boy Scout Winter Lodge on West Leg Road above Government Camp. xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/winterlodge We will have exclusive use of the lodge, and do our own cooking, cleaning, and entertaining. Participants will sleep in bunks in dormitories on the upper floors of the lodge. On the four workdays we will travel in the school bus to the worksites (variable locations but likely 20 – 50 miles each way) on highways and forest service roads. We will work with forest service and adult supervision on the environmental projects. These vary from year to year and are not yet set for 2019. Past activities have included: building fence (barbed wire and buck and pole), brushing for fire suppression, and assistance in ongoing research projects. Future projects may involve building “beaver dams” in small streams. On the projects, after appropriate training in safety and operation, participants will have an opportunity to use cordless drills, hand-saws, loppers, chisels, hammers, mallets, wrenches, fence pliers, barbed wire stretchers, and other similar tools. This list is representative, not exhaustive, of the types of tools used on the projects. No trip participants (other than certified US Forest Service employees) will use chain saws. On the recreation day we will do a hike on established trails on the National Forest. There will be frequent opportunities for swimming in reservoirs, always in a scouted and supervised area. This activity will be done only under direct supervision of the trip leaders, who have years of lifeguarding, swim team and diving coaching experience, but not necessarily current lifeguard certification. All participants will assist in food preparation and clean up at the lodge, where sharp knives, gas stoves, griddles, and ovens, and hot water are in use. Participants will be expected to bring the appropriate clothing and gear as instructed by the project leader. A complete list of equipment is provided in the project information sheet (provided separately), but includes sleeping bag, clothing to keep safe and dry, and lunch for the first day. These activities can help to produce many benefits for the client, including pleasure, improved physical fitness, more energy, greater enjoyment of life, and many health benefits. However, SMA/AMA feels it is important that the Participants know that martial arts, fitness and recreation related activities are active and vigorous and consequently, involve some risks of injury that are inherent to the activity. Even though SMA/AMA (a) has designed the facility with safety as a prime concern, (b) provides instruction in some activities, (c) provides general supervision of activities, (d) has developed rules and policies that focus on safety, it is impossible to eliminate all risk and possibility of injury.
NATURE OF THE ACTIVITIES. Texas Pride is a cheerleading, gymnastics, and tumbling facility, which offers clients the opportunity to participate actively or passively, in general cheerleading, gymnastics, tumbling, acrobatics, trampoline jumping, foam pad jumping, aerobics, soft play, exercising and other miscellaneous trampoline and adventure activities, use of any equipment or attractions, instruction, training, classes, observation, use of the lobby area, use of the bathroom area, use of any portion of the Premises, including, but not limited to, the associated sidewalks and parking lots, and any competition, event, party, or program sponsored by or affiliated with the Protected Parties as defined below in Section 4 of this Agreement, (collectively, Activities).
