Monitoring and Notification. On Client’ behalf, Manager shall monitor the Aircraft’s compliance with all applicable airworthiness directives, service bulletins (regardless of whether mandatory or recommended) issued during the Term of this Agreement and notify Client of any modifications, repairs and inspections required or recommended by same and, if applicable, the final date or time for compliance.
Monitoring and Notification. Customer shall diligently monitor its load patterns and forecasts during the Term and use reasonable efforts to bring to the attention of ENA any future contract opportunities or other similar arrangements that could be entered into by Customer that will materially affect Customer’s Load. Customer will notify ENA as soon as practical, of any material changes in Customer’s Load that become known to Customer during the Term. Such material changes may include, without limitation, a large customer’s election to buy or not buy gas from Customer.
Monitoring and Notification. 4.1.1 Rogers will monitor a designated CE firewall to detect Out of Service conditions.
4.1.2 Rogers commits to notify you via email within fifteen (15) minutes of the initial detection of an Out of Service condition. This commitment is contingent upon you maintaining up-to-date contact information with its Rogers account team.
4.1.3 If Rogers fails to send you a notification to your current provided email address within fifteen (15) minutes of the initial detection of an Out of Service condition, you will be entitled to a Service Credit.
Monitoring and Notification. Design-Build Contractor is responsible for verifying the progress of each Utility Owner's work and for notifying IFA when Design-Build Contractor has cause to believe that any Utility Owner will fail to meet a deadline determined pursuant to Section 6.8.1. Design-Build Contractor shall notify IFA within two (2) Business Days after discovery of such potential delay.

CustomerPalo Alto’s Load. Palo Alto will notify ENA in writing within as soon as practical, of any Mmaterial changes in CustomerPalo Alto’s Load that become known to CustomerPalo Alto during the Term. Such Mmaterial changes may include, without limitation, a large customer’s election to buy or not buy gas from Customer.
Monitoring and Notification. On each Business Day, the Contractor will access positions and pending transactions from the custodian to determine actual portfolio exposures. If current data is not available or the data appears incorrect, the Contractor will contact the custodian and/or manager and attempt to receive updated data. If this is not successful, adjustments (if approved in writing by the WSIB prior to investment) may be made in an attempt to reflect the true exposures of the portfolio more accurately. The Contractor shall have no responsibility nor liability for the acts or omissions of the custodian. The WSIB will notify the Contractor of expected cash flows that exceed $[X] million so that exposures can be matched more precisely with the timing of the cash flow. The Contractor will notify the WSIB in writing of any errors. This includes, but is not limited to, notification when cash held in reserve for margin is in excess or lower than the agreed upon amount to be held in reserve (approximately [X%] of the average notional value of the futures contracts), anytime the portfolio has been found to be leveraged whether intentional or by unforeseen circumstance, and any operational errors that may impact the value or risk profile of the account. Leverage is defined as a circumstance when the notional value of the eligible securities and investments exceeds the total value of the underlying cash.
Monitoring and Notification. Sprint MNS Support Solutions - Monitoring and Notification is an end-to- end alarm and notification service supporting SNMP capable Customer Premises Equipment (CPE). If Customer terminates the associated Sprint transport or MNS Services before the end of the MNS Order Term, Customer will pay Sprint early termination liabilities for the MNS specified in Section 2 (Early Termination Liability) above. If Customer uses MNS in connection with transport services provided by one carrier and Customer elects to use another carrier to provide transport, Customer will pay an additional installation fee associated with the migration to the other carrier. The one-year minimum Order Term for the MNS Services will continue to apply based on the term of the Agreement. Sprint will provide the following support:

Palo Alto will notify ENA in writing within as soon as practical, of any material changes in Palo Alto’s Load that become known to Palo Alto during the Term. Such material changes may include, without limitation, a large customer’s election to buy or not buy gas from Palo Alto.
