Multi-Family Residential. Approximately 1,382 first-class, luxury residential units, which shall, at minimum, include the following Improvements: (i) 15 apartment buildings, plus certain units within one (1) mixed-use building, all of the same or better quality than the Mission Farms West development, initially marketed and offered at renting for a blended rate in excess of $1.20 per square foot.
Multi-Family Residential. The improvements represent a legal and conforming use in accordance with this zoning classification. The property is served by all utilities, including municipal sewer and water, and commercial gas, telephone and electric service. We have reviewed the Federal Reserve Board (FRB) rules regarding Appraisal Policies and Procedures effective 8/9/90, revised 10/94 and this report was prepared in conformance with these regulations. We have reviewed the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), adopted by the Professional Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation effective 4/27/87, revised 12/94 and to the best of our knowledge have followed the policies and procedures set forth in these regulations in appraising this property. Accordingly, this appraisal specifically complies with laws and regulations as defined in Chapters 15, 440, and 458, Wisconsin Statutes, and RL 80-86, Wisconsin Administrative Code. The value stated in this letter of transmittal is valid only in conjunction with the analysis found in the narrative portion of this report.
Multi-Family Residential. A portion of the Development Concept has been identified for Multi-Family Residential development potential. Medium density development, only possibly with a connection to community sewer, could allow for approximately 30 units/hectare. The architectural form and site plan layouts of multi-residential development should be investigated in terms of market demand, affordability, and other criteria. Multi-family residential housing can vary with different architectural forms such as duplexes, row housing, townhouse cluster development, three storey walk-up, and other choices. The variations yield different unit densities, and the choice of architectural form and residential density target would need to be determined.
Multi-Family Residential. Republic shall provide curbside Recycling Rates and services to all Multi-family complexes of nine Units or less. Commingled Recycling services shall be provided to Multi-family complexes of ten Units or more. Collection will be on regularly scheduled days as shall be arranged with the building property owner, manager or designated agent thereof, with service as needed, but no less than every two weeks. Republic and City will mutually agree to any changes in Collection schedule frequencies or Removal Frequency.

  • Residential Use; Pets The bedroom space and apartment may be used solely for private residential purposes and for no other purposes. Resident may not carry on any business or other enterprise from the bedroom space or apartment, nor use any Owner- provided Internet connections for business purposes. Resident may place no signs, placards or other advertisement of any character in the bedroom space or apartment, nor display anything in an apartment or bedroom space that is visible from outside the Property or the apartment. Resident may not store at the Property or connect to a Property electrical outlet any mobility device owned by a third party. Pets are permitted in or about the Property only in specified buildings as Owner may in its discretion allow residents to maintain, in each case only following Owner's signature on a Pet Addendum for a single dog or cat per designated apartment, which requires payment of a registration fee and pet rent as provided in the Pet Addendum. All other pets are prohibited anywhere at the Property, except fish in small tanks to the extent approved by Owner in its sole discretion. Violation of the pet policy will subject Resident to deep-cleaning and daily administration fees in Owner’s discretion and may be considered as a termination of this Housing Agreement by Resident.

  • Residential Use Use the Apartment for residential purpose only. Under no circumstances shall the Allottee use or allow the Apartment to be used for commercial, industrial or other non-residential purposes. The Allottee shall also not use or allow the Apartment to be used as a religious establishment, hotel, guesthouse, service apartment, mess, hostel, boarding house, restaurant, nursing home, club, school or other public gathering place.
