Multiple Assignments. Persons who have multiple assignments will be given assault and battery leave from the assignment in which the injury occurred and from any other assignments held within the District in which the employee is eligible for illness absence pay, and shall be compensated in accordance with 5. above.

Multiple Assignments. Bargaining unit members may work in more than one classification. Their placement on the wage schedule will be based on their qualifications and experiences in each classification. Thus, their pay rates may vary in each classification.
Multiple Assignments. An employee may agree to perform the work of two or more roles covered by multiple classifications under this Enterprise Agreement within the same contract of employment (or however termed) (‘Multiple Assignments’), except where:
Multiple Assignments. A. The Theatre may engage an individual to both direct and choreograph a covered production, provided, however, that an individual engaged to direct and choreograph a musical production shall receive no less than one hundred seventy-five (175%) percent of the Director’s minimum fee as specified in the annexed “Schedule A.”
B. An individual employed by the Theatre in another capacity for a covered production may also be required to direct and/or choreograph said production, provided said individual shall receive an amount no less than the minimum Director’s and/or Choreographer’s fee as specified in the annexed “Schedule A.”

An employee who works in one unit and retains a position in that unit, but wishes to work in another unit as well may choose to keep the same wages and benefits from the first classification in the work for the second classification, or choose to do the work in each classification at the rate of pay and benefits for each respective classification. In no case may the cumulative work total of hours for the combined work exceed forty (40) hours per week without advanced authorization from the superintendent.
Multiple Assignments a) Multiple assignments exist when an employee has more than one position under this Agreement within the NSW Health Service. Each of these positions are referred to in this clause as “assignments”.
b) The employee can only enter into a multiple assignment where the subsequent assignment is at the same grade and level within this Agreement.
c) Where an employee has multiple assignments, the employee will progress from one increment (year step) to the next increment in accordance with Clause 5 (c) and (d) and Clause 12 (f).
d) The following provisions apply to employees with two or more assignments within a single Public Health Organisation:
(i) The work performed in each of an employee’s assignments shall be aggregated for the purposes of determining all of the employee’s entitlements under this Agreement.
