Nature of Benefits. The nature of benefit shall be governed by the terms of the applicable group policy and the rules and regulations of the carrier. If an employee elects any dependent coverage, all premiums due which are not covered by the College shall be deducted from the paycheck of the employee.

Nature of Benefits. It is expressly understood that when Benefits provided for herein are payable, they are payable on account of the past services of Employee and are not payable on account of services to be rendered after the date the Employee retires or terminates. Further, all amounts to be paid hereunder do not depend on Employee serving as a consultant or the Employee serving in any capacity for the Company after the Employee's Retirement. Benefits payable hereunder are specifically meant to be paid upon the termination, retirement, death or disability of the Employee as deferred compensation.
Nature of Benefits. The following benefits provided by the Company and the Bank to the Executive are in the nature of a fringe benefit and shall in no event be construed to affect or limit the Executive’s current or prospective salary increases, cash bonuses, profit sharing distribution or credits, or any other benefit. Nature of Benefits. The benefits and costs of the Plan are paid by the Sponsor out of its general assets, with the exception of the Executives portion of the premiums for medical coverage, for which the Executive will be responsible as described in Part V. B.
Nature of Benefits. The health care spending account benefits consist of a health care spending account as described in Appendix B and the Group Benefits Master Application forming part of this agreement between the Trust and the Contractholder. The Health Care Spending Account benefits are administered by the Trust and funded by the Contractholder. Neither the Trust nor its agents underwrite or insure any Health Care Spending Account benefits provided to the Contractholder or its employees.
