NO DISCRIMINATION OR INTIMIDATION. 4.01 The employer agrees that there will be no discrimination, interference, restraint or coercion exercised or practiced by the employer, or by any of its representatives with respect to any employees because of their membership in, or connection with the Union, and that membership in the Union by employees who are eligible to join will not be discouraged.
4.02 The Union agrees that there will be no intimidation, interference, restraint or coercion exercised or practiced upon employees of the employer by any of its members or representatives, and that there will be no solicitation for membership, collection of dues or other Union activity on the premises of the employer, or on the site of the employers' operations during an employee's working hours. Continuance of these practices by an employee after warning, will be considered cause for discharge.

4.03 The Union and the Association will recognize any minority requirements on projects covered by this agreement.
NO DISCRIMINATION OR INTIMIDATION. 5.01 It is agreed that there will be no discrimination or intimidation by the Company, the Union, or their respective representatives, against any employee because of his Union or non-Union affiliation or because of his activity or lack of activity in the Union.
5.02 It is further agreed that there will be no solicitation of members, collection of dues, telephone usage for Union business, or other Union activity on the premises of the Company during working hours, without first obtaining permission from the immediate representative of Management.
5.03 The Company and the Union agree that they shall not discriminate against any employee because of race, creed, colour, age, sex, marital status, nationality, ancestry or place of origin in accordance with the provisions of The Ontario Human Rights Code. The Company and the Union agree that every person has the right to be free from harassment in accordance with the provisions of the Ontario Human Rights Code.
5.04 It is understood that wherever this Agreement refers to "he", it is intended to mean "he" or "she".
NO DISCRIMINATION OR INTIMIDATION. No Employee shall be discriminated against or jeopardized in seniority standing or suffer any loss of employment because of sex, religion, race, creed, colour, membership in the Union, or lawful activity in the Union.

NO DISCRIMINATION OR INTIMIDATION. The Employer agrees that no discrimination or intimidation will be practiced or permitted by any of its officials, officers, foremen or otherwise, against any employee by reason of, or arising out of, directly or indirectly, trade union membership or activity.
NO DISCRIMINATION OR INTIMIDATION. 4.01 There shall be no discrimination against any employee on the basis of the prohibited grounds (as defined in the Ontario Human Rights Code) or membership or non- membership in any organization in accordance with the applicable laws of the province of Ontario.
4.02 The Union agrees that there shall be no solicitation for members, collection of dues, or other union activity on the premises of the Company except as permitted by this Agreement. It is understood that no union meetings or meetings with respect to the Union or its activities shall be held on the premises of the Company at any time without the prior written approval of the Company. The Company will endeavor to accommodate such requests.
4.03 The Company may elect to pay the collected Union Dues by electronic payment. The Union will be notified monthly of Union dues payment for each employee. Employee payment is not required in the case of layoff, discharge, resignation, medical leave of absence or retirement, subject to any revisions to the by-laws of the Workers United Canada Council.
NO DISCRIMINATION OR INTIMIDATION. 22.1 It is agreed that there will be no discrimination or intimidation, by the company or the union, against any employee, because of his union or non-union affiliation, or because of his activity or lack of activity, in any labour organization.
22.2 It is further agreed that there will be no solicitation of members, collection of dues or other union activities on the premises of the Company, except as permitted by this Agreement. It is understood that no meeting respecting the Union or its activities, shall be held on the premises of the company, at any time, without the prior approval of the Company.
22.3 Violation of this Article shall render an employee liable to discipline or, dismissal from the Company’s employ, subject to any, rights the employee may have under the Grievance Procedure.
NO DISCRIMINATION OR INTIMIDATION. The Employer agrees that no discrimination or intimidation will be practiced or permitted by any of its officials, officers, and foremen or otherwise, against any Employee by reason of or arising out of, directly or indirectly, trade union membership or activity. The Employer agrees that there shall not be harassment or discrimination against any person in respect of employment because of sex, age, race, creed, color, nationality, and ancestry, place of origin, marital status, family status, sexual orientation, handicap, or membership status in the Union. This article does not commit the Employer to any greater obligations than those contained in the Ontario Human Rights Code. All employees of the Employer are entitled to a harassment-free workplace and to a working environment where everyone is treated with respect and dignity.
NO DISCRIMINATION OR INTIMIDATION. The Company and the Union agree that the provisions of this Agreement will be applied to all employees without discrimination.
