NO STRIKES OR LOCKOUT. In view of the orderly procedure established by this agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Union agrees that, during the life of this Agreement, there will be no strike or stoppage of work either complete or partial, and the Employer agrees that there will be no lockout.
NO STRIKES OR LOCKOUT. There shall be no strikes, slowdowns, sympathy strikes, work stoppages, picketing, or concerted interference with the business of the Employer, on the part of CRONA, CRONA officers or its agents. There shall be no lockout on the part of the Employer during the term of this Agreement.
NO STRIKES OR LOCKOUT. 13.01 There shall be no strikes or lockouts so long as this Agreement continues to operate. The words "strike" and "lock-out" have the meaning attributed to them in the interpretation section of the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
NO STRIKES OR LOCKOUT. 36.1 The Company agrees it will not cause or sanction a lockout and the Union agrees it will not counsel or authorize any strike during the lifetime of this Agreement.
NO STRIKES OR LOCKOUT. 8.01 The Board agrees that there shall be no lockout of any employees and the Union agrees that there shall be no strike during the life of this agreement. Lockout and strike shall be as defined in the Ontario Labour Relations Act, as amended from time to time.
NO STRIKES OR LOCKOUT. 47.01 The Employer agrees that it will not cause or direct any lockout of its employees during the term of this agreement.
NO STRIKES OR LOCKOUT. 3.01 The parties hereto agree that there shall be no strikes or lockouts during the term of this Agreement. The words "strikes" and "lockouts" as used herein, are agreed to have the meaning defined within the Ontario Labour Relations Act.

The union agrees that there will be no strike, work stoppage, or slowdown during the term of this agreement. The union agrees that if any such action takes place, it will repudiate it forthwith and require the employees to to work. Employees covered by this agreement shall have the right to refuse to cross a picket line. No employee shall be disciplined by the employer for exercising the right guaranteed in this clause. ARTICLE
NO STRIKES OR LOCKOUT. 6.01 The Union agrees that during the term of this agreement neither it nor any of its respective officers, agents or representatives shall cause, authorize or sanction or permit its respective members to cause to take part in any strike, sit down, stay in, slow down or stoppage of any of the Company's operations or in any curtailment of work or restriction of or interference with production or in any picketing of the Company.

Employees covered by this agreement shall have the right to to cross a picket line. No employee shall be disciplined by the employer for exercising the right guaranteed in this clause. After the expiration of this agreement, before any strike or lockout, the parties agree to engage in meaningful consultation to develop a plan to reduce the impact of any strike or lockout on the clients who would otherwise receive services.
