Common use of Non-attendance Clause in Contracts

Non-attendance. (a) Subject to clauses 5, 6 and 18, if You do not, or are unable to, attend/participate in this Event for any reason, You will not be entitled to a refund of any monies paid in connection with Your registration and neither We nor the Host will be liable for any losses You incur. (b) The Frustrated Contracts Act 1978 (NSW) and other legislation concerning frustration of contract, do not apply to this agreement.
