Non-School Activities. The Board shall not seek to intrude upon the activities of a teacher, which are not related to, nor interfere with, the teacher’s responsibilities to the Board. The Board shall not prohibit teachers from providing professional services to any student enrolled in a SEDOL class, or in a member school district, providing that:

Non-School Activities. Teachers shall have the right to participate in non-school activities as long as their participation does not have a measurable negative effect on the Teacher's classroom performance.
