Distribution and Posting of Materials. The Association may distribute organizational literature to unit members on District property, provided it conforms to the content restrictions in Section "D" hereof, and does not interfere in any way with District business. No person shall distribute literature on District property in a place or manner which distracts unit members who are performing their duties. Literature for unit members may be distributed, or left for pickup, in coffee rooms, lounges and in other appropriate site locations as designated by the site administrator. The Association shall have the right to post notices of Association concern (consistent with Paragraph "D" hereof) on bulletin boards, at least one of which shall be maintained in each work location in an area frequented by unit members.

a. all postings for bulletin boards or items for school mailboxes must contain the date of posting or distribution and the identification of the organization together with authorization by the Association President;
b. a copy of such postings or mass distributions must be delivered to the Superintendent or designee at the same time as posting or distribution; and
c. the Association will not post or distribute information which is defamatory, obscene or derogatory of any individual(s), subject to the immediate removal by the District of the right to post or to distribute for a period of at least one (1) full semester. The District will pick up mail from and deliver mail to the Association's offices at 000000xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000.

No person shall distribute literature on District property in a place or manner which distracts Teachers who are performing their duties.
5.2.2 The Association shall have the right to post notices of Association concern (consistent with Section 5.4 hereof) on bulletin boards, at least one of which shall be maintained in each work location in an area frequented by Teachers. The Association shall also have the right to put messages by teacher sign-in sheets.

The Association shall have the right to use the District mail service and individual unit member mailboxes so far as such use complies with the law. The Association shall provide a copy of materials distributed to unit members to the Site Administrators, Superintendent, Deputy Superintendents, and Assistant Superintendent.

The Association shall have the right to post notices of activities and matters of Association concern (consistent with Section D hereof) on bulletin boards, at least one of which shall be maintained in each work location in an area frequented by unit members. Material must be dated and must identify the person and/or organization associated with its promulgation. Upon request, the Association shall provide to the Superintendent or designee a complete copy of the material to be distributed.

No one shall be allowed to distribute materials in a manner which distracts unit members while performing their duties. All such literature shall be signed by the individual authorized to distribute the materials. Posting of organizational recruiting notices, posters, and similar materials will be permitted only on designated bulletin boards at the Centers.
