Notification of allocation. Notification of allocation of Open Time must commence at the closing time of Open Time in accordance with clause 29.2.
Notification of allocation. The Operator must within 10 Business Days following allocation of a Transfer Interest under this clause 19 give written notice to the Transferring Participant and each Continuing Participant specifying:
(a) whether any Transfer Interest has been allocated under this clause 19;
(b) the name of each Continuing Participant allocated any Transfer Interest;
(c) the Transfer Interest allocated to that Continuing Participant;
(d) the date and time for completion of the transfer between the Transferring Participant and each Continuing Participant, following consultation with the relevant parties, being not earlier than 10 and not later than 20 Business Days following the sending of the notice by the Operator under this clause 19.4; and
(e) the venue for completion, being the registered office of, or other convenient venue specified by, the Operator.
Notification of allocation. 32.1. Employees will be notified by SMS. If an existing Employee does not have a mobile phone, the Employee and the Company will make alternative arrangements for the Employee to receive allocation orders. Employees will be responsible for ascertaining when they are next required for work.
32.2. Allocation for Monday to Saturday shifts will be issued by 4 pm on the day prior.
32.3. Allocation for Sunday shifts and first shift Monday (Sunday night) will be issued by 4 pm on Friday.
32.4. Allocation for Monday public holiday will be issued by 4 pm on Friday.
32.5. Allocation will include location, task, start time and finish time. An allocated shift or grade will not be reduced other than in the circumstances where a walk-up start applies.
32.6. Allocated shifts may be lengthened in accordance with the extension provisions in this Agreement.
32.7. Shift commencement and shift length may be altered where subject to confirmation Clause applies in Part B.
32.8. Employees will be ready to commence work at the designated work area at the commencement of the shift. When on the job, work will continue until five (5) minutes before the end of the shift. The shift or meal break will be inclusive of any walking or washing time. Work will cease at the commencement time for the break and resume immediately following the break.
32.9. In the event of an Employee failing to report for duty, other Employees will immediately commence and continue work while a replacement Employee is sought. If necessary, the Company may make an adjustment to the work program. If no adjustment to the work program occurs, a replacement will be engaged.
32.10. The Company may contact Employees at any time outside of the normal allocation times in accordance with this sub-clause:
(a) A list of PGE, GWE and/or Supplementary Employees, who may be contacted in the first instance for the purposes of this sub-clause, will be compiled and made known for each shift for each day.
(b) Call-ins to replace labour or scratch gangs will not be made earlier than 6am for day shift call-ins, or 5:30am for a 6am start (where an opt-in standby list applies).
(c) Unallocated Permanent Employees, who have not been allocated when they were available that day may be the next Employees who are contacted. If they accept allocation and work, the hours worked will be included as counted hours for the purpose of AAH.
