Washing Time. The employer shall provide sufficient facilities for washing and five minutes shall be allowed before lunch and before finishing time to enable employees to wash and put away gear.
Washing Time. Persons employed in carbon black operations who are entitled to the special rate shall be allowed fifteen minutes washing time at the end of each shift.
Washing Time. An employee engaged as a spray painter operator or stripper of mirrors or an employee using rouge, glacite or substitute material shall be allowed five minutes before the midday break and five minutes before knocking off time for washing purposes.

41.1 Five minutes shall be allowed at a meal time and at the end of the working day for the purpose of washing, where dirty working conditions so require.
Washing Time. (a) Employees shall be allowed five minutes without deduction of pay for washing prior to the mid day or mid-shift meal break and prior to finishing time daily.
(b) Employees whose work is of such a nature (as agreed upon by the employee and his or her immediate supervisor) as necessitates the employee having a shower prior to leaving the employer's site shall have up to fifteen minutes at the end of each day or shift without deduction of pay for showering.
Washing Time. Employees who become excessively dirty due to the nature of the work or where clothes are wetted will be allowed time to wash and/or change.
Washing Time. All Employees who are working in the powder plant shall be entitled to ten (10) minutes washing time at the end of each shift or during that shift at an agreed time with their supervisor.

(i) One minute at AM Rest Pause
(ii) Two minutes at the Meal Break
(iii) One minute at PM Rest Pause
(iv) One minute at end of work.

20.2 For employees that are working with dry pigments, including titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate and sand, as part of their daily paint making duties on the mezzanine floor and / or the 50HP disperser, shall be allowed a shower time of ten minutes prior to the daily finishing time. This is inclusive of the 5 mins stipulated above.
20.3 Any situation deemed to require washing time in excess of that stipulated above, will be as agreed with the Operations Manager.
