Nurse ManagerResponsible for administration of an organized nursing unit, including providing patient care.
Nurse Manager. A full-time employee shall mean an employee covered by this Agreement who is committed to and regularly works the full work period of more than twenty-four (24) hours per week, exclusive of overtime.

One (1) copy of the grievance shall be sent to the Local Unit Chairperson. At any step of this procedure, the Association representative shall have the right to be present in addition to a representative of Human Resources. The Nurse Manager or designee shall issue a written response to the grievant within ten calendar days.

  • Case Management Prompt resolution of any dispute is important to both parties; and the parties agree that the arbitration of any dispute shall be conducted expeditiously. The arbitrators are instructed and directed to assume case management initiative and control over the arbitration process (including scheduling of events, pre-hearing discovery and activities, and the conduct of the hearing), in order to complete the arbitration as expeditiously as is reasonably practical for obtaining a just resolution of the dispute.
