Officers Hired After January 1, 2013. Members of the bargaining unit hired into full-time police officer positions with the North Attleborough Police Department after January 1, 2013 shall not be entitled to payments under the preceding paragraphs but shall, instead, be eligible for annual educational incentive payments in accordance with the following schedule pursuant to which an officer's annual incentive payment is based upon his/her degree status and step on June 30 of the preceding contract year. Related to Officers Hired After January 1, 2013

  • Ten Month Employees Employees appointed on a regular 10-month basis (those employed for the standard academic year beginning September 1 to June 30) generally receive benefits on a pro rata basis except for holiday pay which will be granted for those holidays that fall during the academic year only.

  • OPTIONAL TWELVE-MONTH PAY PLAN 1. Where the Previous Collective Agreement does not contain a provision that allows an employee the option of receiving partial payment of annual salary in July and August, the following shall become and remain part of the Collective Agreement.
