Officers Hired After January 1, 2013. Members of the bargaining unit hired into full-time police officer positions with the North Attleborough Police Department after January 1, 2013 shall not be entitled to payments under the preceding paragraphs but shall, instead, be eligible for annual educational incentive payments in accordance with the following schedule pursuant to which an officer's annual incentive payment is based upon his/her degree status and step on June 30 of the preceding contract year.
