On-Premises Service. Notwithstanding any term or definition set forth in this Agreement, 907 Contractor must provide Collection of Residential Garbage and Organic Waste on the Residential Service 908 Recipients premises, including side or rear yard, as follows and at no additional Cost to the Service 909 Recipient.

No additional monies shall be due to the Contractor for the provision of on-premises service to special needs or disabled customers.

The City Manager shall notify CONTRACTOR in writing of any SFD Service Units requiring on-premises service; along with the date such service is to begin. No additional monies shall be due to the CONTRACTOR for the provision of on-premises service. On-Premises Service. Contractor will provide both of the following On-Premises Service: 1. Upon request of a Qualifying Customer (see Exhibit 5 for application for On-Premises Service for Qualifying Customers). 2. Upon request of a Customer who is not a Qualifying Customer but who has arranged with the City to pay for On-Premises Service. Contractor shall provide On-Premises Services in Contract Year 1 and Contract Year 2 at the Contractor’s Compensation amounts for those Contract Years as specified in Article 13. Starting in Contract Year 3, City and Contractor agree that Contractor shall provide weekly On-Premises Collection Service for up to 1,080 Customer Carts without change to Contractor’s Compensation. Contractor shall be compensated at an additional cost of service for each weekly On-Premises Collection Service Cart Collection in the amount of $25 per month per Cart starting July 1, 2025 (and escalated annually by the CPI Index July 1 thereafter). City’s Customer rate for On-Premises Collection Service shall not be less than its rate for curbside Cart Collection Service plus Contractor’s Compensation of $25 per On-Premises Cart per month, as escalated annually by the CPI Index via the formula established in Article 13.

The City may direct Contractor to provide an elective or optional on-premises service to customers
On-Premises Service. Notwithstanding any term or definition set forth in this Agreement, Contractor must provide Collection of SFD Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, and Organic Waste on the SFD Service Recipients premises to an SFD Service Unit as follows. At no additional cost to the SFD Service Unit: 7.01.3.1 SFD Service Units where all adult Service Recipients residing therein have disabilities that prevent them from setting their Garbage, Recycling or Organic Waste Cart at the curb for Collection, and if a request for on-premises service has been made. 7.01.3.2 SFD Service Units where topography, steep driveways, below grade dwellings, or limited access to public streets that prevents the SFD Service Recipient from setting their Garbage, Recycling or Organic Waste Cart at the curb for Collection, as determined by the City and agreed by the Contractor, and if a request for on-premises service has been made. At an additional cost to the SFD Service Unit: 7.01.3.3 SFD Service Units inaccessible by standard 3 or 4 axel Collection Vehicles as determined by the Contractor and agreed by the City. Stinger/scout truck services shall be provided for the retrieval of Collection Containers from locations with accessibility constraints that make Containers difficult or impossible to access using regular trash collection trucks. 7.01.3.4 Contractor must offer “push services” to SFD Service Recipients other than those listed above on a subscription basis upon request for the Service Rate set forth in Exhibit 1. Push services include, but are not limited to, dismounting from the Collection Vehicle, moving the Collection Containers from their storage location for Collection and returning the Collection Containers back to their storage location. Contractor must provide on-premises Collection Service on the same Work Day that curbside Collection would otherwise be provided to the SFD Service Unit.
On-Premises Service. Notwithstanding any term or definition set forth in this Contract, CONTRACTOR shall provide on-premises Collection of Residential Gray Container Waste, Source Separated Recyclable Materials, and Green Container Organic Waste to a Residential Service Unit if a request for on-premises service has been made to, and approved by, the Contract Administrator in the manner required by the DISTRICT. The Contract Administrator shall notify the CONTRACTOR in writing of any Residential Service Units requiring on-premises service along with the date such service is to begin. No additional monies shall be due to the CONTRACTOR for the provision of on-premises service.
