On-Site Presence. The Inspector shall be physically present at each Site at all times necessary for performance of its duties as project inspector. The Inspector shall have personal knowledge of the Construction Work at all stages. The Inspector shall accompany the Architect, the District, the construction manager, or other consultants when any of them are observing the Construction Work. The Inspector shall be physically present for all concrete work and masonry work.
On-Site Presence. Sonos always has the right to have its employees or authorized representatives on IAC’s manufacturing floor for the general purpose of overseeing and collecting manufacturing information related to the Mass Production, repair, or rework of Products.
On-Site Presence. As progress requires the Construction Manager, including appropriate staff of the Construction Manager, will assist the Design Consultant to observe all phases of construction activities periodically in order to assist in achieving completion of the Project in accordance with the Owner's objectives for cost, time, and quality. Observations will not cause Construction Manager to be responsible for those duties and responsibilities which belong to the Design Consultant or the Contractor(s), and which include, but are not limited to, the Design Consultant's obligation to produce clear, accurate drawings and specifications and responsibilities of full time construction administration and the Contractor(s) responsibilities for the techniques and sequences of construction and safety precautions incidental thereto, and for performing the construction work in accordance with the Contract Documents.

It is understood that, from time to time, your presence might be necessary on site at the Company’s office in Massachusetts; however, it is agreed and understood that you shall not be required to relocate to Massachusetts. To the extent that you are required to travel in the performance of your duties, you will be reimbursed for the reasonable costs incurred in connection therewith, and shall be permitted to fly business class or equivalent.
On-Site Presence. Beginning at least sixty (60) Days prior to the Commencement Date, the Contractor’s designated Facility and Maintenance Manager shall work full-time on-site at the MRF to perform transition-related activities and observe operations.

On-Site Presence. Architect shall maintain competent full-time staff at the site during the Construction Administration Phase to coordinate construction of the work. The on- site staff shall have experience on projects of the nature and magnitude of this Project. The on- site staff shall conduct on-site observations and spot checks of the work in progress as a basis for determining conformance of the work with the Contract Documents, assist the Constructor’s superintendent in understanding the intent of the Contract Documents, communicate with the Architect and Owner regarding any details or information required at the site for proper execution of the work, be alert to the construction schedule and to conditions that may cause a delay in completion, keep a daily dairy or log book recording hours on site, weather conditions, daily activities, observations and decisions, and otherwise attend to activities on-site and progress of the work.
