Ongoing Project Management and Coordination. Consultant will manage its subconsultants assembled for this important project. This will include providing direction to subconsultants and QA/QC of draft and final work products. It will also include processing subconsultant invoices and preparing monthly invoices for the City. This task will also include ongoing coordination with City throughout this phase of the project. The Consultant Team will participate in regularly scheduled bi-weekly meetings with City staff throughout the entire project. F.1. Bi-Weekly Check-In Calls – The Consultant Team will participate in regularly scheduled bi-weekly calls with City staff throughout the entire project. The calls will generally be conducted by phone/WebEx as schedules dictate. Subconsultants will participate in weekly coordination meetings and calls when necessary and appropriate and when schedules permit.

Ongoing Project Management and Coordination. The Consultant (Cascadia) will provide monthly progress reports and invoices to the City that review the budget, status of tasks, project schedule, upcoming work, and issues that need to be resolved. The Consultant Project Manager (PM) and/or Deputy Project Manager (DPM) and City Project Manager will also hold biweekly check-in meetings to support project momentum, identify early issues needing attention, and address concerns as they arise. Other team members may be invited to participate in the check-in meetings on an as-needed basis. The Consultant will coordinate all subconsultant activities including monthly invoices, progress reports, and deliverables.
