OPERATIONAL CRITERIA. THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA GOVERN THIS AGREEMENT: o The Customer is to forbid any of his employees, contractors or third party personnel to use any "hacker" tools, such as port scanners, password crackers, network sensors or Trojan horses on HP-OMS-managed systems and networks (including systems which are only crossed by HP-OMS) unless communicated to and approved by HP-OMS. HP-OMS will not be liable for any unauthorized system access or unavailability due to Customer's current or previous employees, contractors or third party personnel not following the security rules listed in this document. o The Customer's personnel must report any and all computer virus infestation immediately upon recognition to the HP-OMS MCC. o Passwords on Servers, Firewall or Router devices and SNMP community strings will not be shared with the Customer, unless specifically requested by Customer in accordance with the AGREEMENT, SECTION [21.3] (FILE ACCESS).

OPERATIONAL CRITERIA. The amount of the Performance Restoration Payments is based on the assumed annual utilization of 4,000 Flight Hours and an average annual sector flight time of 6.0 hours. Lessor shall have the right to adjust the Performance Restoration Payment amounts payable hereunder in respect of the Engines as provided in paragraph 6 of Schedule “1” hereto.
OPERATIONAL CRITERIA a. Compensation under the program shall be considered a retirement benefit. The teacher’s highest annual individual contract amount will be paid in equal monthly installments over three years into a non-elective 403b plan of the teacher’s choosing. Compensation under the Teacher Emeritus program will reflect the highest year’s earnings to include individual contract amount, plus additional days worked for the following position categories: Coordinator of Curriculum Development, Curriculum Coordinator, School-To-Work Coordinator, Curriculum Writer and Technology Coordinator.

  • Selection Criteria Each Contract is secured by a new or used Motorcycle. No Contract has a Contract Rate less than 1.00%. Each Contract amortizes the amount financed over an original term no greater than 84 months (excluding periods of deferral of first payment). Each Contract has a Principal Balance of at least $500.00 as of the Cutoff Date.

  • Goals Goals define availability, performance and other objectives of Service provisioning and delivery. Goals do not include remedies and failure to meet any Service Goal does not entitle Customer to a Service credit.

  • Performance Standards The Contractor agrees to perform all tasks and provide deliverables as set forth in the Contract. The Department and the Customer will be entitled at all times, upon request, to be advised as to the status of work being done by the Contractor and of the details thereof.

  • Performance Targets Threshold, target and maximum performance levels for each performance measure of the performance period are contained in Appendix B.

  • Performance Criteria The Performance Criteria are set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.

  • Performance Measures The System Agency will monitor the Grantee’s performance of the requirements in Attachment A and compliance with the Contract’s terms and conditions.
