Operational Scope. The Connections II scope includes all labor and equipment necessary to support communications and networking solutions at the Local Area Network (LAN), building, campus, and enterprise level. Labor categories specify both professional and technical expertise to support the full solution life cycle, including, but not limited to, analysis, planning, design, specification, implementation, integration and management of network services and equipment. The scope also includes any new labor and equipment that may emerge in the marketplace for providing comprehensive telecommunications over the life of the contract. Construction, alteration, and repair support services are only in scope as necessary to offer a complete telecommunications solution provided that it is integral to and necessary for the effort stated in the task order. There shall be no order placed for which construction, alteration, or repair is the principal purpose of the order. The direct provision of network services, such as services that provide transport and access to and between customer sites, such as those provided by Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers, Competitive Local Exchange Carriers, Wireless Telephone Carriers, Interexchange Carriers, Satellite Providers, or Internet Service Providers are out of scope.

Operational Scope. The objective of this procurement is to meet the Norwegian Armed Forces’ need for an upgraded, secure and well-functioning hypobaric chamber suitable for expediently training flight personnel in accordance with STANAG 3114, AEROMEDICAL TRAINING OF FLIGHT PERSONNEL “Experience of Change of Pressure and Hypoxia”. Furthermore, chamber facilitates research and additional altitude training of other relevant personnel. The operational scope will also include later STANAGs’ and/or editions to the extent they replace the present one. UNCLASSIFIED
Operational Scope. Within the scope of Article 1 of the application of this Agreement shall be binding for all companies and all of the workers engaged in the provision of contact center services to third parties. For the purposes of this agreement are framed in providing contact center services all activities that aim to contact or be contacted by third parties either by phone, by computer, by applying digital technology or by other electronic means , to provide, inter alia, the following services listed limited to: contacts with third parties in multimedia environments, technical support services to third parties, collection and payment management, mechanized management of administrative and back office information , promotion, distribution and sale of all kinds of products or services, or conduct personal interviews broadcast, reception and call classification, etc. as well as few other services for third parties to develop through the aforementioned environments. This definition shall include the enabling activities, complementary or related to the core business.
Operational Scope. Within the scope outlined in section 1, the application of this Agreement will be obligatory for all companies who provide telemarketing for third parties, and for all of their workers. To this end, telemarketing will be understood as the activity which, whether carried out by telephone, telematic media, by the application of digital technology or by any other electronic media, is aimed at the promotion, circulation, and sale of all types of products and services, carrying out personal interviews, the reception and classification of calls and contact with clients in multimedia environments, and different customer service services. This definition includes activities that are coadjutant, complimentary or connected to the principal activity.
