Operational Security (OPSEC). Because terrorists may employ surveillance techniques to target and/or disrupt USACE missions at Army facilities, operational security requirements must be followed for supply, services, and construction work undertaken in connection with Army operations and facilities. These requirements apply only to work being completed under this contract on Army installations. These requirements do not apply to work being completed under a USACE contract for Non- Army installations or agencies (example: EPA, Veterans Administration). Activities that may be targeted or disrupted include, but may not be limited to, transportation and/or storage of hazardous waste materials, operation and maintenance of waste treatment facilities, activities dealing with ammunition and explosives remediation, activities dealing with radiological waste. Contractors shall ensure their employees and subcontractors comply with the operational security requirements included in this contract and issued Task Orders. Task Orders issued will include OPSEC provisions required, including, but not limited to, Operational Security training, Pre- screening employees, and preparation of a Document Control Plan.

Operational Security (OPSEC). The contractor shall develop an OPSEC Standard Operating Procedure/Plan (SOP) within 90 calendar days of contract award (and annually thereafter), to be reviewed and approved by the responsible Government OPSEC officer, per AR 530-1, Operations Security. The contractor should use the provided Security Classification Guides (SCGs) to develop their Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The SOP/Plan will specify the Government’s critical information, why it needs to be protected, where it is located, who is responsible for it, and how to protect it. In addition, the contractor shall identify an individual who will be an OPSEC Coordinator. The contractor will ensure that this individual becomes OPSEC Level II certified per AR 530-
Operational Security (OPSEC). OPSEC requirements are applicable when contractor personnel have access to or generate covered defense information (CDI) as defined in DFARS 225.204-7012. As such, OPSEC Measures (i.e., the planned action to conceal or protect identified critical information and indicators from disclosure, observation, or detection and to protect the same from collection) are applicable to this requirement. Contractor employees shall not discuss or disclose any information provided to them in the performance of their duties to parties other than authorized Government and/or Contractor personnel who have a "need to know" in accordance with the "Authorized Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement & OPSEC Certification of Understanding" executed by the Contractor which is incorporated in full by reference herein. Contractor shall not use any information or documentation provided by the Government or developed under this requirement for other purposes without the consent of the Government Contracting Officer IAW DFARS 252.204-7000. Contractor shall not release to anyone outside the Contractor's organization any unclassified information, regardless of medium (e.g., film, tape, document, etc.), pertaining to any part of this contract or any program related to this contract, unless the Contracting Officer has given prior written approval IAW DFARS 252.204-7000. Markings: All deliverables/submittals generated by the Contractor shall be properly marked. For Official Use Only information generated and/or provided under this contract shall be marked in accordance with DoDM 5200.01. Vol 4. Technical information shall also be marked with appropriate Distribution Statements and Export Control warnings in accordance with XxXX 5230.24 and program Security Classification Guidance. Certain information provided by the government may require unique handling, storage and or release/dissemination procedures. Contractors are cautioned to study “Authorized Use and Non-Disclosure Agreements & OPSEC Certification of Understanding" and comply accordingly. Note: the following clauses have been incorporated in this solicitation/contract - DFARS 252.204.7000 Disclosure of Information, 252.204-7008 Compliance with Safeguarding Covered Defense Information Controls, and 252.204- 7012 Safeguarding Covered Defense Information and Cyber Incident Reporting. Operational Security (OPSEC). The Contractor shall protect identified critical information, sensitive unclassified information and activities, which, if divulged, could further compromise classified or sensitive information or operations, or degrade the planning and execution of operations performed by the requiring office and the Contractor in support of the mission.
Operational Security (OPSEC). The Contractor shall comply with activity OPSEC program instructions, guidance and contribute to organization- level OPSEC efforts. The Contractor will include OPSEC as part of its ongoing security awareness program and take all required activity OPSEC training. The Contractor will protect identified critical information, sensitive unclassified information and activities, which, if divulged, could further compromise classified or sensitive information or operations, or degrade the planning and execution of operations performed by the Requiring Office (RO) and Contractor in support of the mission.

  • Contractor Security Clearance Customers may designate certain duties and/or positions as positions of “special trust” because they involve special trust responsibilities, are located in sensitive locations, or have key capabilities with access to sensitive or confidential information. The designation of a special trust position or duties is at the sole discretion of the Customer. Contractor or Contractor’s employees and Staff who, in the performance of this Contract, will be assigned to work in positions determined by the Customer to be positions of special trust, may be required to submit to background screening and be approved by the Customer to work on this Contract.

  • Federal Medicaid System Security Requirements Compliance Party shall provide a security plan, risk assessment, and security controls review document within three months of the start date of this Agreement (and update it annually thereafter) in order to support audit compliance with 45 CFR 95.621 subpart F, ADP System Security Requirements and Review Process.

  • Additional Service Characteristics 3.12 The technical specification of the Bitstream 2a Service is set out in Appendix B.

  • Provision of Interconnection Financial Security The Interconnection Customer is obligated to provide all necessary Interconnection Financial Security required under Section 11 of the GIDAP in a manner acceptable under Section 11 of the GIDAP. Failure by the Interconnection Customer to timely satisfy the GIDAP’s requirements for the provision of Interconnection Financial Security shall be deemed a breach of this Agreement and a condition of Default of this Agreement.

  • Personnel Security 6.1 Staff recruitment in accordance with government requirements for pre- employment checks;
