Organizational Release Time. In a given school year, the unit members of CUTA shall be entitled to a combined total of fifty (50) days, whether they be part or full days, of Organizational release time, at the discretion of CUTA. Unit members may be released on an as needed basis to perform union duties, not to exceed fifteen (15) days, whether they be part or full days, per school year per unit member, with the exception of the Treasurer, who shall be limited to thirty (30) days, whether they be part or full days, per school year. CUTA shall reimburse the District for all substitute costs for each release day.

Organizational Release Time. 3.3.1 Elected officers and up to two members of the negotiations team of CSEA shall be entitled to thirteen (13) hours each of paid release time per year for union business. A request for release time shall be submitted for approval in writing to the Superintendent or designee five days in advance of the requested release time.

If during the term of this agreement, the membership of the TCDSA votes to have and fully fund (including all benefits and compensation paid to and earned/realized by the employee on leave) the full-time release of the TCDSA President, the County agrees to meet with the TCDSA to work out the process to implement the full-time release of the President. The County makes no guarantee or representation related to the effect of the leave on the employee’s retirement. At the conclusion or termination of the leave, the employee may return to the same position and pay, but has no right to reinstatement to the same location.

  • Governing Documents Manager will provide Subadviser with copies of (i) the Trust’s Declaration of Trust and By-laws, as currently in effect, (ii) the Fund’s currently effective prospectus and statement of additional information, as set forth in the Trust’s registration statement under the Investment Company Act and the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, (iii) any instructions, investment policies or other restrictions adopted by the Trustees or Manager relating to its performance of oversight of the Subadviser supplemental thereto, and (iv) the Management Contract. Manager will provide Subadviser with such further documentation and information concerning the investment objectives, policies and restrictions applicable to the Fund as Subadviser may from time to time reasonably request.

  • Name and Organizational Changes (a) PSP must provide TFC with written notification of all name changes and organizational changes relating to PSP including, but not limited to, merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale no later than sixty (60) days prior to such change. PSP, in its notice, shall describe the circumstances of the name or organizational change, state its new name, provide the new Tax Identification Number, if available, and describe how the change will impact its ability to perform under the Agreement. All written notifications of organizational change must include a detailed statement specifying the change and supporting documentation evidencing continued right of Agreement or successor entity, as applicable, to maintain its status as a party to this Agreement. If the change entails personnel changes for personnel performing the responsibilities of the Agreement for PSP, PSP shall identify the new personnel and provide resumes to TFC, if resumes were originally required by the solicitation. TFC may require other information or documents related to the change and its impact on the PSP and Agreement shall supply the requested information within five (5) working days of receipt of the request.

  • Charter The terms of this Lease shall be governed by and subject to the budget and fiscal provisions of the Charter of the City and County of San Francisco.
