Orthodontic Insurance Provided. During the term of this MOU, the City agrees to pay the premium for employees as defined in Section 1.3 and up to Family coverage if desired. Selection of the carrier is at the discretion of the City. The City-provided orthodontic insurance plan provides for a lifetime maximum orthodontic payout of $1,500 for each employee and for each employee’s eligible dependents.
