Other Employment Opportunities. The parties agree that should another employment opportunity be presented to the Employee or should the Employee be interested in another position as a President at any institution of higher education, the Employee shall immediately notify the Chancellor in writing of such opportunity or interest.
Other Employment Opportunities. After one hundred and eighty (180) days continuous employment, an employee working under this Addendum Agreement shall be permitted to apply for position vacancies in the bargaining unit under the same terms and conditions as apply to regular bargaining unit members, including serving a full probationary period.
Other Employment Opportunities. Faculty Members shall be given the first option to apply for any position in all summer and special programs contracted by the University. Directors of all summer and special programs shall inform the faculty of all openings in a timely manner so that Faculty Members may apply.
Other Employment Opportunities. After one-year continuous employment, a Contingent Officer working under this Addendum Agreement shall be permitted to apply for an entry level Officer, Campus Police position vacancy in the bargaining unit under the same terms and conditions as regular bargaining unit members, including serving a full probationary period.
Other Employment Opportunities. The parties agree that should another employment opportunity be presented to the Employee, and the Employee is actually being considered and is a finalist for employment in another position as president at any institution of higher education, the Employee shall notify the Chancellor in writing within two (2) business days of becoming a finalist for a position as president at another institution, and before public notification.
Other Employment Opportunities. A. 1. The District shall post written notice of any vacancy in positions related to professional instructional services other than classroom teaching as soon as practicable or at least fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the last day on which applications will be accepted. This notice shall clearly set forth a description of the qualifications for the position, including duties and salary.
