OTHER EXAMINATIONS. A. Inspectors shall be granted time off with pay for taking examinations under the following conditions: 1. The examination is a condition of employment for the employee’s current work assignment; 2. The examination is scheduled during the employee’s regular work hours; and 3. The employee has no input or influence over the scheduling of such exam. B. Inspectors shall obtain advance approval for such time off from their supervisor. C. Inspectors shall not be granted overtime for taking examinations. D. The Department shall pay for the examinations for Inspectors.
OTHER EXAMINATIONS. The Board retains the right to require physical or mental examinations of the Superintendent by a licensed physician of its choice during the life of this Contract, the costs of which shall be paid by the Board. The examination report shall be given by the examining physician to the President of the Board and the confidentiality of the report shall be maintained.
OTHER EXAMINATIONS. Employees may be required to be physically examined by the Chief School Physician or another physician. The expense of these examinations shall be borne by the school district. In cases where, in the opinion of the Chief School Physician, the employee has a contagious disease or another condition which would in any way endanger pupils or other personnel, or is physically unable to perform his/her duties, the Superintendent of Schools shall make a recommendation to the Board of Education as to the appropriate disposition of the case.
OTHER EXAMINATIONS. A. Employees regularly assigned to a 4/10 work schedule shall be granted time off with pay for taking examinations under the following conditions: 1. The examination is a condition of employment for the employee’s current work assignment; 2. The examination is scheduled during the employee’s regular work hours; and 3. The employee has no input or influence over the scheduling of such exam. B. Employees shall obtain advance approval for such time off from their supervisor. C. Employees shall not be granted overtime for taking examinations. D. The Department shall pay for the examinations for employees.

  • Eye Examinations For all covered EMPLOYEES required to use VDTs on average at least two (2) hours per day, the Department will provide a base line eye examination at the Occupational Safety and Health facility ("OSH"), followed by an eye examination at OSH once a year.

  • Health Examinations The Employer shall provide at no cost to the employee, such medical tests, health examinations and surveillance/monitoring as may be required as a condition of employment and/or as a result of regulated hazards encountered after employment.

  • Regulatory Examinations The Sub-Advisor will cooperate promptly and fully with the Advisor and/or the Trust in responding to any regulatory or compliance examinations or inspections (including information requests) relating to the Trust, the Fund or the Advisor brought by any governmental or regulatory authorities having appropriate jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, the SEC).

  • Physical Examinations The District shall provide the full cost of any medical examination required as a condition of employment or continued employment.

  • Tax Examinations The IRS has examined (or is foreclosed from examining by applicable statutes) the federal income tax returns of any of the Company’s, the Borrower’s or its Subsidiaries’ predecessors in interest with respect to the Projects for all tax periods prior to and including the taxable year ending December 31, 2009 and the appropriate state Governmental Authority in each state in which the Company’s, the Borrower’s or its Subsidiaries’ predecessors in interest with respect to the Projects were required to file state income tax returns has examined (or is foreclosed from examining by applicable statutes) the state income tax returns of any of such Persons with respect to the Projects for all tax periods prior to and including the taxable year ending December 31, 2009. All deficiencies which have been asserted against such Persons as a result of any federal, state, local or foreign tax examination for each taxable year in respect of which an examination has been conducted have been fully paid or finally settled or are being contested in good faith, and no issue has been raised in any such examination which, by application of similar principles, reasonably can be expected to result in assertion of a material deficiency for any other year not so examined which has not been reserved for in the financial statements of such Persons to the extent, if any, required by GAAP. No such Person has taken any reporting positions for which it does not have a reasonable basis nor anticipates any further material tax liability with respect to the years which have not been closed pursuant to applicable law.
