Subscribers of NuLink’s high-speed Internet services are also bound by the terms and conditions outlined in NuLink’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and High-Speed Data Subscriber Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that you have received copies of and agree to such terms and that these agreements are available to view or download at the Company’s Web site located at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, or you may contact a customer service representative at NuLink or come to our cable office to receive such agreements.

  • Service Terms Each Service Order will provide for a service term. At the end of the service term of any Service Order, unless either party gives written notice to the other party of its intention not to renew at least ninety (90) days before the end of a service term, the term of such Service Order will automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month periods. Termination of one Service Order will not affect the term of any other Service Order.

  • Other Services At the request of the Fund, the Adviser in its discretion may make available to the Fund office facilities, equipment, personnel and other services. Such office facilities, equipment, personnel and services shall be provided for or rendered by the Adviser and billed to the Fund at the Adviser's cost.
