OUTSIDE LABOR. All labor referred to in paragraph 1-A, will be performed in the employer's place of business whenever practicable and provided equipment and space permits. (See supplement #1 re future negotiation on this clause.)
OUTSIDE LABOR. Board of Municipal Utilities agrees the use of outside labor will not cause any permanent employee to be laid off or reduce any employee’s hours to less than a forty- hour week.
OUTSIDE LABOR. No outside labor will be allowed to work on boats at the Marina without the express written consent of the Village of Nyack. All outside contractors must provide proof of liability insurance and will be charged a commission for the use of yard facilities. All outside labor must check in and out with the Village of Nyack daily.
OUTSIDE LABOR. Aluminum Seal Coat office & warehouse roofs, inspect factory roof.
OUTSIDE LABOR. At the request of Owner, contractors who are not JE employees are allowed reasonable access into the facility to perform specific services on Owners’ Autos located in storage. These contractors are allowed in for short during and only during normal business hours. Services are necessarily limited to appraisal and other similar tasks that do not involve any starting or disassembly of the vehicle. Please have your contractor coordinate visits directly with JE’s staff. Access will not be provided for any contractor who shows up without an appointment. Contractors must carry and provide proof of adequate liability and xxxxxxx’x compensation insurance.

OUTSIDE LABOR. No outside labor or independent contractor’s work is allowed unless permission is obtained from SMBS. All outside labor must sign in at SMBS Office. Prior to commencement of work all outside labor or independent contractors shall provide proof of general liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 each occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate, and proof of worker’s compensation insurance. SMBS reserves the right to stop any contractor or “do-it- yourselfer” from work which is harmful to the environment.
OUTSIDE LABOR. Renter shall not permit any person or entity to enter upon the premises for business purposes to perform any labor on the Boat, unless that person or entity signs in at the Harbor Master's Office at each arrival and departure and further meets the Harbor requirements regarding indemnity and insurance.
OUTSIDE LABOR. Section 1. Except as otherwise provided in Article 3, outside labor will not be (1) or more production bargaining unit employees absent from work.
Section 2. Except as otherwise provided in Article 3, it is agreed between the Company and the Union that prior to calling in any outside manpower to perform work normally done by bargaining unit employees, the Company will first offer those work assignments to any laid off bargaining unit employee. The Union agrees that said employee, by his acceptance or refusal of a daily work assignment, will have no impact on any other article or provision of this Agreement. It is further agreed that the employee will be entitled to pay for all hours worked at the rate of pay for the classification in which he worked, and nothing further.
