P rohibited Uses. Without in any way limiting the foregoing section and the terms of the then applicable Use Contract(s), during its periods of use TEATRO DALLAS shall not permit the Premises to be used in any manner contrary to the intended uses and which would render the insurance thereon void or the insurance risk more hazardous. TEATRO DALLAS shall not use or occupy the Premises, or permit the Premises to be used or occupied, contrary to any statute, rule, order, ordinance, requirement, or regulation applicable thereto, or in any manner which would violate any certificate of occupancy or permit affecting same, or which would cause structural injury to the improvements, or cause the value or usefulness of the Premises, or any part thereof, to diminish, or which constitutes a public or private nuisance or waste. TEATRO DALLAS shall not use or occupy the Premises, or permit the Premises to be used or occupied, in a manner which would be immoral or obscene or create a threat to the health, safety, and welfare of the general public; or, which would constitute an act of public or private discrimination, limitation of use, or exclusion from the Premises on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, citizenship, disability, or sexual orientation. TEATRO DALLAS shall not make any change in the building's name or public identification without the prior written consent of the City. TEATRO DALLAS shall not use or occupy the Premises or allow the Premises to be used or occupied in any manner that would violate or otherwise invalidate the tax-exempt status of Premises, TEATRO DALLAS and/or the City. TEATRO DALLAS, during periods of use of the Premises, shall, at its sole cost and expense, be responsible for programming and staffing the Premises to carry out the purposes of its use as set forth in this Agreement, and for making any payments related thereunder. Unless otherwise provided for in the then applicable Use Contract(s), all personnel engaged by TEATRO DALLAS shall be considered employees and/or agents of TEATRO DALLAS and not employees or agents of the City or the LCC.

End-User understands that neither Provider nor its vendors are responsible for the content of the transmissions that may pass through the Internet and/or the Services. End-User agrees that it will NOT use the Services in ways that violate laws, infringe the rights of others, or interfere with the users, services, or equipment of the network. End-User agrees and represents that it is purchasing the Services and/or the Equipment for its own internal use only, and shall not resell, transfer or make a charge for the Services or the Equipment without the advance express written permission of Provider.   • Permitted Users Client may access and use only the Course Materials to which Client has subscribed, and such access and use is limited to the number of users identified in the Order Form and any subsequent Orders placed under an Order Form, and for the Contract Term. Orders for additional Subscriptions may be agreed by the parties from time to time under a particular Order Form, and shall set forth the number of additional Subscriptions, the total Subscription Fees payable therefore, and any other terms and conditions relating to such Order (each, an “Order”). Each Order Form and each Order, upon execution by both parties, shall form a part of this Agreement, and shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions hereof. An Order may take the form of a supplementary document signed by each party or acknowledged by each party electronically (whether by facsimile transmission, email or by other similar reliable means evidencing the intent of the parties). Each Order shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement and shall be incorporated herein by reference. A Subscription is limited to use by one individual user and may not be transferred to another user.
