Common use of Paid Holiday Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Paid Holiday Entitlement. An employee will not be entitled to a paid holiday unless she has worked at least fifteen (15) of the last thirty (30) days before the holiday. Any day for which an employee receives pay from the Employer for holiday, vacation or paid leaves shall be deemed to be a day worked for the purpose of this Clause.
