PAR Joint Committee. ● Three (3) teachers appointed by the Association's executive board and two evaluating administrators appointed by the District. ● Nominations for joint committee shall take place between April 1 and May 1 of each year a vacancy occurs. ● Term is two (2) years and may serve a second term. Serving more than two (2) terms only if no opposition for reelection. ● Chair of committee selected by committee. ● The joint committee will determine all meetings. Any meetings outside of the normal duty day will be paid at the pro rata rate.

  • The Joint Committee 1. A Joint Committee is hereby established in which each Contracting Party shall be represented.

The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall report their views on the progress of the Project to the Steering Committee in writing if requested by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall attend all meetings of the Steering Committee unless otherwise agreed by the Department.

  • Project Steering Committee (a) The Recipient shall maintain at all times until the completion of the Project, the Project Steering Committee with a composition, mandate and resources satisfactory to the World Bank.
