I must work hard to be successful. I will show my parents, teachers, and principal that I am doing my personal best. I pledge to: • Arrive at school on time every day unless I am ill. • Follow school and classroom rules. • Be a cooperative learner. • Work as hard as I can to do quality class work and homework. • Complete and turn-in all class work and homework. • Ask for help when I do not understand something.
PARENT PLEDGE. As parent/guardian, I recognize my unique role in monitoring my son’s health each day in an effort to promote and to protect the health and well-being of the Marmion Academy Community. If my son exhibits the symptoms listed below, I will agree to keep my son(s) at home and to contact my physician. • Fever, cough, chills, and/or muscle aches • Sore throat, runny nose, and/or loss of taste or smell • Nausea, vomiting, and/or diarrhea • Shortness of breath • Close contact with someone with COVID-19 • Avoid large social gatherings outside of school • Temperature higher than 100.4F If my son(s) exhibit any of the symptoms listed above, I will also immediately notify the school administration.

PARENT PLEDGE a. Parent acknowledges that IYB Dancer’s experience in Iowa Youth Ballet will take IYB Dancer’s performance experience to a higher level and that IYB Dancer cannot master an advanced level without a solid foundation of the basics. Parent agrees to support the IYB Dancer in the aforementioned terms of this Agreement.
