Common use of Parental Leave Allowance Clause in Contracts

Parental Leave Allowance. (a) An employee who qualifies for parental leave pursuant to Article 35.03, shall be paid a parental leave allowance in accor- dance with the Supplemental Employment Benefit (SEB) Plan. In order to receive this allowance, the employee must provide to the Employer proof of application and eligibility to receive employment insurance benefits pursuant to the Employment Insurance Act. An employee disentitled or dis- qualified from receiving employment insurance benefits is not eligible for parental leave allowance.

An employee disentitled or dis- qualified disqualified from receiving employment insurance benefits is not eligible for parental leave allowance.

(a1) An A Full-Time employee who qualifies for parental leave pursuant to Article 35.03Clause 30.4 (b), shall be paid a parental leave allowance in accor- dance accordance with the Supplemental Employment Benefit (SEB) Plan. In order to receive this allowance, the employee employees must provide to the Employer proof an of application and eligibility to receive employment insurance benefits pursuant to the Employment Employer Insurance Act. An employee disentitled or dis- qualified disqualified from receiving employment insurance benefits is not eligible for parental leave allowance.

An employee disentitled or dis- qualified disqualified from receiving employment insurance benefits is not eligible for parental leave allowance.

In order to receive this allowance, the employee must provide to the Employer proof of application and eligibility to receive employment insurance benefits pursuant to the Employment Insurance Act. An employee disentitled or dis- qualified disqualified from receiving employment insurance benefits is not eligible for parental leave allowance.

(a) An employee who qualifies for parental leave pursuant to Article 35.0318.05 (2), shall be paid a parental leave allowance in accor- dance accordance with the Supplemental Employment Benefit (SEB) Plan. In order to receive this allowance, the employee must provide to the Employer Employer, proof that they have applied for and are in receipt of application and eligibility to receive employment insurance benefits pursuant to the Employment Insurance Act. An employee disentitled or dis- qualified disqualified from receiving employment insurance benefits is not eligible for parental leave allowance.

(a) An employee who qualifies for parental leave pursuant to Article 35.0322.2, shall be paid a parental leave allowance in accor- dance accordance with the Supplemental Employment Benefit (SEB) Plan. In order to receive this allowance, the employee must provide to the Employer proof of application and eligibility to receive employment insurance benefits pursuant to the Employment Insurance Act. An employee disentitled or dis- qualified disqualified from receiving employment insurance benefits is not eligible for parental leave allowance.
