Establishment of Joint Committee. There shall be established a joint committee composed of six eight representatives, three four appointed by the Union, one of whom will be a staff representative, and three four appointed by the Commission. This Committee may call upon additional persons for technical information or advice. The Committee may establish subcommittees or ad hoc committees as it deems necessary and shall set guidelines and operating procedures for such committees.

There shall be established for each ministry, at least one joint committee composed of members equal in number, represented by the Employer and the Union to meet at the request of either party. The minimum size of this committee shall be two union representatives and two senior employer representatives, and the maximum size shall be four union representatives and four employer representatives. Employees appointed to the Joint Committee shall be from the Ministry concerned. Agendas for all meetings will be set two weeks in advance, except as otherwise agreed by the Co-Chairpersons.
Establishment of Joint Committee. (1) Classroom teacher members of the Joint Committee shall be selected by the Adelanto District Teachers Association President subject to ratification by the Executive Board through an appointment process.
(2) School administrator Joint Committee members shall be appointed by the Superintendent or his/her designee.

(3) Committee member terms shall be staggered as follows: Two (2) teachers shall have a three (3) year term, two teachers shall have a two (2) year term and two administrators shall have a three (3) year term, one (1) administrator shall have a two (2) year term. The alternates shall have a two (2) year term.
Establishment of Joint Committee. (a) The Employer and the Union agree to establish a joint committee comprised of up to three employer designates and three employees appointed by the Union. The Union shall have the right, at any time, to have the assistance of staff of the Union. The Committee shall meet at the request of either party, at least once every 60 days or as deemed necessary by the parties at a place and time to be mutually agreed. Minutes of all meetings shall be taken on a rotational basis and copies shall be provided to the Employer and the Union.

Establishment of Joint Committee. 3.1 The Participant Councils, acting pursuant to the powers conferred on them by section 19 of the 1972 Act, hereby collectively agree as follows: -
3.1.1 that they shall establish a Joint Committee for the purpose of implementing the policies set out in the Waste Management Plan;
3.1.2 that an application shall as soon as practicable be made to the Department to have the Joint Committee constituted a body corporate with perpetual succession by the name of ‘Arc 21’ with power to employ staff, enter into financing arrangements, including the borrowing of money, hold property and funds, and enter into contracts;
3.1.3 that the functions of the Joint Committee shall be fixed by reference to these Terms of Agreement (including the Statement of Principles);
3.1.4 that the Order to be made by the Department under section 19 of the 1972 Act shall make such further incidental and consequential provision as shall be reasonably necessary to implement the requirements of these Terms of Agreement, including provision that section 19 of the Interpretation Act (NI) 1954 shall apply to the Joint Committee.
Establishment of Joint Committee. 4.1 The Councils shall establish a Joint Committee under Sections 101(5) and 102 of the Local Government Xxx 0000; Sections 9EA and 9EB of the Local Government Xxx 0000; and the Local Authorities (Arrangements for the Discharge of Functions) (England) Regulations 2012.
4.2 The functions of the Joint Committee shall be as set out in Schedule 1 to this Agreement or as varied by the Councils from time to time.
4.3 Each Council shall appoint two members as set out in Schedule 1 onto the Joint Committee to decide the policy and strategy of the Service and to oversee the provision of the Service throughout each Council’s administrative area from the Commencement Date.
4.4 The Joint Committee shall be authorised to exercise the functions set out in Schedule 2 and shall have the powers of the Councils over the finances made available as set out in Schedule 4, except to the extent delegated to the West Berkshire Head of Culture and Environmental Protection and/or relevant Service Manager.
4.5 Each Council warrants that it shall not do or omit to do or permit to be done anything which prevents or inhibits or seeks to prevent or inhibit the Joint Committee from carrying out all or any of the Relevant Functions.

Establishment of Joint Committee. The Municipality and the City shall each forthwith appoint two (2) of their Councillors as Representatives. Each of the Municipality and the City may replace one or more of their respective Representatives (other than, in the case of the Municipality, the Xxxxx and, in the case of the city, the Mayor) at any time or times as they shall see fit. A letter from the City Manager of the City and the Chief Administrative Officer of the Municipality shall be sufficient proof of the appointment of their respective Representatives. The Chief Administrative Officer of the Municipality and the City Manager of the City shall ensure that adequate support staff and resources are made available to the Joint Committee at a cost to be shared equally between the Parties or as they shall otherwise agree.
