Parking Tickets. You are responsible for any parking ticket issued to our vehicles during the job.

Parking Tickets. Parking violations incurred while using the Employer's vehicle will be reimbursed providing that the violation was not flagrant in nature and due care was exercised in trying to prevent receiving such a citation.

Each Ticket shall be retained with all other Tickets collected from the same facility during the same shift. Concessionaire shall record the total number of Tickets issued and collected by location for each shift and maintain these records for inspection and use by the SFRAA at its request. Concessionaire shall submit to the SFRAA by the twentieth (20th) day of each month a report of the total number of Tickets issued and collected on each of the Public Parking Facilities for the preceding month. During the Term of the Concession Agreement, the Parking Access and Revenue Control System, the required Tickets, and report forms may be subject to change at the SFRAA’s sole discretion.

Parking Tickets. We are not the entity responsible for issuing parking tickets and collecting payment. Each Operator is responsible for parking policies, rates, signage, paid space installation and regulations. If you receive a parking ticket that you think is invalid or wish to contest, you should contact the relevant Operator in accordance with the procedure mentioned on the parking ticket. You understand that we cannot waive or otherwise reimburse you for any fees related to parking tickets payable to an Operator.

Section 21.2 All Highway Traffic Act violations incurred while in Company vehicles shall be reported with a copy of the offense at the end of the work day or prior to their next scheduled start time. Except where the moving violation is a speeding offence, such a reported offence shall not be subject to discipline.
