Part-time Work Offer Sample Clauses

Part-time Work Offer. An employee who loses his licensure under this article or insurability under Article 30, Insurability, who is not offered full-time non-licensure work, shall be offered any part-time service department work that is available prior to being placed on an unpaid leave of absence. Additionally, if an employee is placed on an unpaid leave of absence, he will be contacted and offered part-time service department work opportunities prior to making those available to non-bargaining unit personnel.
