Pay Credits. Eligible employees will be credited with “pay credits” as a percentage of their “eligible compensation,” as defined by the Cash Balance Plan. The percentage of eligible compensation that will be credited varies depending on the employee’s years of credited service, according to the following schedule: Less than 5 2.25% At least 5 but less than 10 2.75% At least 10 but less than 20 3.25% 20 or more 3.75%

Pay Credits. 1. If a Flight Attendant is called out for an assignment, reports for work, and the trip subsequently cancels, she/he will be credited with four (4) hours of flight pay at the applicable rate. This credit is canceled if the Flight Attendant is assigned another trip, which successfully departs during that same duty day. 2. Flight Attendants will receive a minimum credit of 3:25 hours for every Standby day. A Flight Attendant on Standby for a portion of a Standby day shall receive a prorated guarantee. 2. A Flight Attendant assigned to a trip while on Standby shall be guaranteed the greater of 3:25 per Standby day (prorated) or the pay and credit for the trip.

  • Vacation Credits All employees shall participate in the County’s Terminal Pay Plan (Plan). However, only the terminal paychecks (including unused vacation) of those employees who have reached the age of fifty-five (55) shall be placed into the Plan. Customer shall only be eligible to request Service Level Credits if Customer notifies Verint in writing within thirty (30) days from the end of the month for which Service Level Credits are due. All claims will be verified against Verint’s system records. In the event after such notification Verint determines that Service Level Credits are not due, or that different Service Level Credits are due, Verint shall notify Customer in writing on that finding. With respect to any Services Level credits due under Orders placed directly by Customer on Verint, Service Level Credits will be applied to the next invoice following Customer’s request and Verint’s confirmation of available credits; with respect to any Service Level Credits due for SaaS Services under Orders placed on Verint by a Verint authorized reseller on Customer’s behalf, Service Level Credits will be issued by such reseller following Customer’s request and Verint’s confirmation of available credits and such Services Level Credits may only be used by Customer with respect to subsequent purchases of Verint offerings through that reseller. Service Level Credits shall be Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy in the event of any failure to meet the Service Levels. Verint will only provide records of system availability in response to Customer’s good faith claims.

  • Tax-Deferred Earnings The investment earnings of your Xxxx XXX are not subject to federal income tax as they accumulate in your Xxxx XXX. In addition, distributions of your Xxxx XXX earnings will be free from federal income tax if you take a qualified distribution, as described below.

  • Deferrals If permitted by the Company, the Participant may elect, subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan and any other applicable written plan or procedure adopted by the Company from time to time for purposes of such election, to defer the distribution of all or any portion of the shares of Common Stock that would otherwise be distributed to the Participant hereunder (the “Deferred Shares”), consistent with the requirements of Section 409A of the Code. Upon the vesting of RSUs that have been so deferred, the applicable number of Deferred Shares shall be credited to a bookkeeping account established on the Participant’s behalf (the “Account”). Subject to Section 5 hereof, the number of shares of Common Stock equal to the number of Deferred Shares credited to the Participant’s Account shall be distributed to the Participant in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Plan and the other applicable written plans or procedures of the Company, consistent with the requirements of Section 409A of the Code.

  • Retirement Credit Retirement credit for such periods of leave without pay shall be governed by the rules and regulations of the Division of Retirement and the provisions of Chapter 121, Florida Statutes.

  • Matching Contributions The Employer will make matching contributions in accordance with the formula(s) elected in Part II of this Adoption Agreement Section 3.01.

  • Vacation Credit Any outstanding vacation entitlement for a person going on LTD will be paid in cash upon expiry of sick leave. The cash payment will be calculated on the base earnings at the expiration of sick leave for the prorated days of vacation entitlement, any outstanding lieu days, any outstanding floating statutory holidays, and banked time for 40-hour per week employees. No vacation entitlement, floating holidays, or banked time for 40-hour per week employees accrues while a member is in receipt of LTD benefits.
