Pay Credits. All Credits multiplied by the Pilot’s applicable hourly rate for pay purposes.
Pay Credits. Eligible employees will be credited with “pay credits” as a percentage of their “eligible compensation,” as defined by the Cash Balance Plan. The percentage of eligible compensation that will be credited varies depending on the employee’s years of credited service, according to the following schedule: Less than 5 2.25% At least 5 but less than 10 2.75% At least 10 but less than 20 3.25% 20 or more 3.75%

7.01 CREDITS
a) FLIGHT
i) Blocked Flight Time as indicated for the Pairing, in the Cabin Crew Member’s Block, with the following exceptions:
1. In the case of a Shift Trade, the new Blocked Flight Time is guaranteed and not the ones appearing on the published Block.
2. In the case of removal from Flight duty as per Article 22.13.01, the Blocked Flight Time is not guaranteed, or
ii) Actual Flight Time, or
iii) Four (4) credit minimum guarantee for each duty period worked, or
iv) One (1) credit for each two (2) hours of duty.
Pay Credits. 1. If a Flight Attendant is called out for an assignment, reports for work, and the trip subsequently cancels, she/he will be credited with four (4) hours of flight pay at the applicable rate. This credit is canceled if the Flight Attendant is assigned another trip, which successfully departs during that same duty day.
2. Flight Attendants will receive a minimum credit of 3:25 hours for every Standby day. A Flight Attendant on Standby for a portion of a Standby day shall receive a prorated guarantee.
2. Flight Attendants shall have a sixty-five (65) hour monthly guarantee, except for lines built with trips that exceed seven (7) days which will have a seventy (70) hour guarantee..
3. Those sequences transitioning over the end of the pay month and the beginning of the next pay month will be calculated at the end of that pay month.
4. A Flight Attendant assigned to a trip while on Standby shall be guaranteed the greater of 3:25 per Standby day (prorated) or the pay and credit for the trip.
