Hour Guarantee. This Goldendoodle puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of pick up, delivery, or shipment (before shipment.) The Breeder also gives a 72-hour health guarantee against life-threatening illnesses. Breeder suggests the Buyer take the puppy to a licensed Veterinarian to have it examined (at Buyers cost) within 72 hours. If the puppy is found to have a pre-existing or life-threatening problem, the Buyer must notify the Breeder at once (within the 72-hour period) with the following information: 1. Name, address and phone number of the licensed Veterinarian who examined the puppy. 2. The diagnosis and all medical records. 3. If the puppy dies in the Buyer’s care, proof of death is required (autopsy if needed). The Buyer needs to make arrangements to return the puppy to the Breeder (at Buyers cost) within 48 hours from the date of diagnosis with the requested information. The Breeder will then take the puppy to their Veterinarian and if the same life-threatening illness is confirmed or death occurs as a result of a life- threatening illness, the Buyer is eligible for one of the following two options: Option 1: A refund of the paid price of your puppy with the return of the original puppy within 48 hours of examination. This excludes all delivery/shipping costs. Option 2: A replacement puppy from the next available litter (delivery costs not included) with the return of the original puppy within 48 hours of examination. If it is found that the puppy does not have a life-threatening illness, the Buyer may take the puppy back and pay all related Veterinarian costs. If the Buyer declines to take the puppy back, no refund will be given. The Breeder is not responsible for associated changes which may occur with moving a puppy to a new home: mental stress, low blood sugar, loose stools or coccidia, which can be caused by stress and can develop within hours in transport and has nothing to do with good or bad breeding. The Breeder agrees to be available for guidance in transitioning the puppy to its new home should any of the above occur. The puppy is not guaranteed against diseases such as Parvovirus, Distemper, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza, Coronavirus, Leptospirosis, Bordetella and Lyme Disease. It is the new owner’s responsibility to stay up to date with the puppy’s vaccinations. The County, on a monthly basis, shall advise the employee and the Union when a deduction is made from an employee's guaranteed hours which results in an employee receiving less than one hundred and seventy (170) hours of pay for a particular month. 7.03.03 Where an employee is unavailable for work for a portion of a month due to the employee resigning his employment with the County, the number of hours lost by that employee during that month shall be deducted from the employee's hour guarantee.

Hour Guarantee. Employees may not be laid off during a work week but may be laid off at the completion of a work week of forty (40) hours. Employees working a normal work week shall receive written notice, copy to the Union, by the Thursday night of the week in which the employee is to be laid off. Employees working graveyard shift and/or a work week that includes Sunday shall receive notice of layoff a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours before the week in which the employee is to be laid off.

Runaround Time lost when an employee is available but not in proper order under agreed upon local dispatch rules between the Company and the Union, he shall be paid at the rate from the time he should have been dispatched until actual time of trip tour with a maximum of ten (10) hours at the applicable work time rate in each twenty-four (24) hour period. Job applicants for the position of line-driver hired from sources outside the Company on trial trips instructional trips and employees of the Company that have completed the training program for the position of-line-driver as agreed between the Company and the Union, and who have been recommended for that position will be paid for the final instructional trips at a rate of five (5) cents per mile less than the single man rates as specified in Agreement. Such trips to be made with andor trainers who agree to train and will not exceed a total thousand (2000 miles on a single man operation.
