Payment for General Holidays. Full-Time Employees: A Full-time Employee who is required to work on any of the above-named general holidays will receive their regular rate of pay for all hours worked plus the same number of hours banked for use at a later, mutually agreed upon date. If banked time is paid out, it shall be paid out at one and one-half times (1½x) rate of pay. Part-Time and Casual Employees: A Part-time or Casual Employee who is required to work on any of the above-named general holidays will receive their regular rate of pay for all hours worked plus an amount equal to one and one-half times (1½x) their regular rate of pay for all hours worked.

Payment for General Holidays. For employees on full benefits (see requirement for benefits) who are absent for reasons other than W.I., W.C.B. or unpaid leave (eg. Maternity Leave, Leave of Absence) the averaging of the thirty (30) days prior to the General Holiday shall include those days absent as if the employee could have worked on those days absent.

  • Legal Holidays In any case where the date on which any payment is due shall not be a Business Day, then (notwithstanding any other provision of the Notes or this Indenture) payment need not be made on such date, but may be made on the next succeeding Business Day with the same force and effect as if made on the date on which nominally due, and no interest shall accrue for the period from and after any such nominal date.

  • Payment for Working on a Holiday (The following clause is applicable to part-time employees only) The holidays listed in the part-time local Appendix for the purposes of Article 16.03(b) shall be the same holidays as are listed in the full-time Local Provisions Appendix.
