Payment For Ordinary Hours. (a) An employee whilst on day work or day shift work shall be paid his/her Weekly Base Rate as prescribed by Clause 6 of this Agreement.
Payment For Ordinary Hours. A part-time employee employed under the provisions of this clause must be paid for ordinary hours worked at the rate of 1/38th of the weekly rate prescribed for the class of work performed.
Payment For Ordinary Hours for full-time Employees will be thirty-eight hours per week, representing an average of 38 hours per week over the roster cycle, and will be paid in equal fortnightly installments throughout the year.
