Payment for working on a public holiday. An employee who works on any of the public holidays or substitute days prescribed in this clause, will be paid at the rate of double time and a half for all time worked. An employee required to perform any work on a public holiday will be afforded at least four hours’ work or paid for four hours at the appropriate rate.
