Metal Industry Employees. (i) Subject to subclause 42.4(a)(ii), the ordinary hours of shift workers are, at the discretion of the Employer, to average 38 hours per week inclusive of meal breaks and must not exceed 152 hours in 28 consecutive days.

Metal Industry Employees. (a) A shift worker must be paid 150% (175% for casual Employees) of the ordinary hourly rate for all work performed on a Saturday.
