PAYROLL AND TIME ENTRY ERRORS. (a) In the event that the Employer makes a payroll error which results in a shortage in the employee’s pay cheque, the Employer will issue a separate cheque to correct the error within forty-eight (48) hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Statutory Holidays) of becoming aware of the error. (b) In the event that the employee makes a time entry error which results in a shortage in the employee’s pay cheque, the error shall be corrected on the next regular pay day following the date on which the Employer becomes aware of the error.
