Performance Funding. Having regard to the performance of Athlone Institute of Technology in the strategic dialogue process leading to this compact, performance funding of € 117,000 has been allocated to the Institute.
Performance Funding. Having regard to the performance of Waterford Institute of Technology in the strategic dialogue process leading to this compact, performance funding of € 189,000 has been allocated to the Institute.
Performance Funding. Each Party shall use its respective Commercially Reasonable Efforts to perform the activities allocated to it pursuant to the NP201 Research Plan in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Merck will perform, at its own cost and expense, any activities for which it is responsible under the NP201 Research Plan. NGM will perform the activities for which it is responsible under the NP201 Research Plan using the Research Funding outlined in Section 4.2. Subject to the foregoing and the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including compliance with the NP201 Research Plan), each Party (and not the Joint NP201 Committee) shall be responsible for managing its own research efforts within the scope of the activities allocated to it pursuant to the NP201 Research Plan and making decisions with respect to its day-to-day conduct in support of such research efforts.
Performance Funding. Having regard to the performance of University College Dublin in the strategic dialogue process leading to this compact, performance funding of € 670,000 has been allocated to the university.
Performance Funding. Having regard to the performance of Xxxx Immaculate College in the strategic dialogue process leading to this compact, performance funding of € 76,000 has been allocated to the college.
Performance Funding. Having regard to the performance of NUI Galway in the strategic dialogue process leading to this compact, performance funding of € 409,000 has been allocated to the university.
Performance Funding. Having regard to the performance of Institute of Technology, Blanchardstown in the strategic dialogue process leading to this compact, performance funding of € 61,000 has been allocated to the Institute.
Performance Funding. The MUS will continue with performance funding and commit to allocating a total of $30,000,000 to the MUS Ed. Units through performance-based funding in the next biennium (FY16 and FY17).
Performance Funding. Having regard to the performance of Institute of Technology, Sligo in the strategic dialogue process leading to this compact, performance funding of € 125,000 has been allocated to the Institute.
Performance Funding. Each Party shall use its respective Commercially Reasonable Efforts to perform the activities allocated to it pursuant to the applicable Project Plan in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Lilly will perform, at its own cost and expense, any activities for which it is responsible under the applicable Project Plan. Without limiting the foregoing, the activities and timelines set forth in each Project Plan shall be consistent with Commercially Reasonable Efforts applied to other projects in either Party’s respective pipelines. NextCure will perform, [***] (which shall include the research and development payments made by Lilly hereunder in accordance with Section 6.3), any activities for which it is responsible under the applicable Project Plan. Subject to the foregoing and the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including compliance with the applicable Project Plan), each Party (and not the JSC) shall be responsible for managing its own research efforts within the scope of the activities allocated to it pursuant to the applicable Project Plan and making decisions with respect to its day-to-day conduct in support of such research efforts.
