Performance, Progress, Personnel, and Funds. Unless waived in writing by the State, Grantee shall submit narrative progress reports to the State using the form attached as Exhibit B. Quarterly reports shall be due as follows: October 15, 2017, January 15, 2018, and April 15, 2018. A final Report is due no later than July 15, 2018 with information covering both the final quarter of the Grant and as a close-out or final report for the entire Grant term. The final report shall be in such form and provide information on all of the work performed as may be required by the DMVA.

On or before December 31, 2010, and by the end of each quarter thereafter, Contractor shall report to the Capitol Development Committee, the Capitol Building Advisory Committee, and the Department of Personnel on the status of its fund-raising efforts, the amount of money raised, including any interest earned on the money, and the amount and type of in- kind gifts and donations. Such reports shall include, at a minimum, a complete list of donors and the amount of donations from each donor or the specific type of in-kind gift donated. No later than June 1, 2011, June 1, 2012, and July 2, 2012, the Contractor shall transfer, as specified in Exhibt B, all funds and interest raised, less the allowed fifteen percent administrative fee under §7, to the State as specified in CRS § 2-3-1304.3 and any amendments to such provisions. Funds transferred to the state under this §8 and Exhibit B shall be transmitted to the State Treasurer for deposit into the Capitol Dome Restoration Trust Fund created in CRS § 2-3-1304.3 (6) and any amendments to such provisions.
