Period of Cooperation. Article 43. The period of cooperation of Cooperative Venture shall be 20 years, counting from the date on which the business license is issued.
Article 44. Upon the proposal of any party and upon the approval of all the members of board meeting, an application may be submitted six (6) months prior to the expiration of cooperation to the original approval authority for renewing the cooperation. At the same time, upon the approval of all the members of board of directors and the approval of original approval authority, this Contract can be terminated prematurely.
Period of Cooperation. 1. The cooperation period between Party A and Party B is from 2024 year 01 moon 01 Date to 2024 12 moon 31 At the following date, the data promotion service under this Agreement shall be terminated upon the expiration of the aforesaid cooperation period. If this Agreement is terminated or terminated in advance, the above cooperation period shall expire on the date of early termination / termination.
2. If the cash balance of prepaid, but not consumed (“cash balance”) and Party B chooses to continue, the cash balance may only be used for bidding data promotion within three natural months after the expiration of this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “extension period”) and shall be carried out in the extension period, except as otherwise agreed by both parties; the accounts and accounts of Party B and Party B upon expiration of the extension period. After the expiration of the cooperation period hereof, Party B shall not renew the recharge under this Agreement, and can only consume the aforementioned cash balance during the extension period. The consumption generated after the expiration of this Agreement and the consumption during the extension period shall not be used for the accounting of rebates, incentives and other similar preferential policies by both parties.
Period of Cooperation. 5.1. This Agreement shall be effective as of the Closing Date set forth under the Share Subscription Agreement. The period of cooperation under this Agreement shall commence on the earlier of: (i) three months after execution of this Agreement, or (ii) the residence of Bitauto in JD (the “Commencement Date”), and end on the 5 th anniversary of the Commencement Date (the “Period of Cooperation”). The Period of Cooperation (possibly including the sole and exclusive arrangement thereof) may be extended upon its expiry subject to agreement of the Parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Period of Cooperation is otherwise provided under this Agreement, such provision shall prevail.
5.2. Upon expiry of the Period of Cooperation: (1) the Parties may continue cooperation regarding the Finished Automobile Business pursuant to the rules of JD Open Platform or any other rules acceptable to the Parties then effect, (2) If the sales volume of the automobiles sold (i.e., net GMV) by Bitauto through the Finished Automobile Business consistently ranks among the top three in the league table of Internet based and mobile Internet based automobile sales in China during the Period of Cooperation and the relevant period thereafter, Bitauto will continue to have the most favored nation status provided under Section 2.9 of this Agreement during the relevant period after the Period of Cooperation.
Period of Cooperation. 2-1 Party A and Party B agree that the period of cooperation shall be years commencing from the date the Managed Hotel is officially opened.
2-2 The Property provided by Party B shall be officially opened for business only after the renovation and modification in compliance with Party A’s standards on chain hotels are completed, Party A’s standard renovation inspection is passed and Certificate of Conformity for Standard Renovation Inspection of Managed Hotel of 7 Days Inn Group is issued by Party A and relevant licenses and permits are obtained. The official opening date shall be subject to the confirmation of Party A and Party B in writing, which date shall be the commencement date of the period of cooperation. 7 Days Inn (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. 4 xxx.0xxxxxxx.xx
2-3 The parties shall enter into a separate cooperation agreement if they wish to continue their cooperation upon expiration of the period of cooperation. Where the parties are unable to reach a separate cooperation agreement upon expiration, Party B shall stop using all of Party A’s brands, names, advertising signs, software systems and propaganda materials.
Period of Cooperation. The period of cooperation hereunder is the trust period stated in the trust documents under this Trust, with the exception of the circumstances prescribed in Article 2.3 under this Agreement.
Period of Cooperation. 7.1 The period of cooperation shall be from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010.
7.2 The parties agree that, this Agreement may be renewed if the parties have no objections upon the expiration of this Agreement.
7.3 The provisions on intellectual property rights shall remain binding upon the parties after the termination of this Agreement.
Period of Cooperation. The Cooperation Framework Agreement shall be in force for a period of thirty six (36) months commencing from the date of signing. The parties to the Cooperation Framework Agreement shall as soon as possible negotiate and confirm the details of cooperation. A separate definitive agreement will then be entered into by the parties. Should the Subsidiary enter into a separate definitive agreement with Jurong GCL which constitute any notifiable transaction of the Company under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules, the Company will make further announcement(s) in accordance with the Listing Rules as and when appropriate.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Period of Cooperation is otherwise provided under this Agreement, such provision shall prevail.
5.2. Upon expiry of the Period of Cooperation, the Parties may continue cooperation regarding the Trip Business pursuant to the rules of JD Open Platform or any other rules acceptable to the Parties then effect.
Period of Cooperation. For a period of 2 years of this agreement from 1 July, 2015 to 30 June, 2017; Agreement will automatically continuous extend 2 more years, if both parties does not have any notice to stop this agreement, in addition, this agreement does not have any limitation for continuation.
Period of Cooperation. 2.1 This Agreement shall take effect from 12 June 2014 and remain valid until 31 May 2017.
2.2 All Parties unanimously agree that negotiation on extension of the cooperation period shall be conducted within three months prior to the date of expiration.
