Permissible Expenses. If “travel expenses,” as defined in Ohio Administrative Code Section 126- 1-02, are a cost of the Project eligible for reimbursements with Grant Funds in accordance with the Project Budget included in Exhibit I, Grantee Shall be reimbursed for those permissible travel expenses in amounts in accordance with Ohio Administrative Code Section 126-1-02, as updated from time to time (the “Expense Rule”) and Grantee agrees that it shall not be reimbursed and Grantor shall not pay any items that are deemed to be “non-reimbursable travel expenses” under the Expense Rule, whether purchased by the Grantee or Grantor or their respective employees or agents.

Permissible Expenses. Grantee may include that portion of reasonable compensation allocable to the Project paid by the Grantee for employee services rendered to the Project being supported by the Grant Funds. Compensation costs are allowable to the extent that they are reasonable, conform to the established policy of the Grantee consistently applied regardless of the source of funds, and reasonably reflect the percentage of time actually devoted to the Project. Grantee may request up to the current federal Executive Level II salary as total compensation applicable to the Project for any individual, to be allocated up to 50% to Grant Funds with up to 50% paid by Grantee as part of the Cost Share Amount. Direct salary is exclusive of fringe benefits. If “travel expenses,” as defined in Ohio Administrative Code Rule 126-1-02, are a cost of the Project eligible for reimbursement with Grant Funds, Grantee shall be reimbursed for those permissible travel expenses in amounts consistent with Ohio Administrative Code Rule 126-1-02, as updated from time to time (the “Expense Rule”) and Grantee agrees that it shall not be reimbursed and the Grantor shall not pay any items that are deemed to be “non- reimbursable travel expenses” under the Expense Rule, whether purchased by the Grantee or the Grantor’s employees or agents.
Permissible Expenses. Tuition fees to institutions outside of Nova Scotia may be payable and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The discretion for this payment shall rest with the Employer. In addition to tuition fees recoverable, the costs of books in support of the training program will also be recoverable. Where EDIP participants have an opportunity for re-employment within the Nova Scotia Civil Service and where this re-employment is contingent upon on-the-job training and orientation costs, such costs may be recoverable from this Retraining Allowance. This will require approval from the Employer prior to the employee engaging in the training or orientation programming.
Permissible Expenses. Lessee shall pay Owner for each flight conducted under this Agreement the actual expenses of each specific flight as authorized by FAR Section 91.501(d) as in effect from time to time. On the date of this Agreement these expenses include and are limited to: (a) fuel, oil, lubricants and other additives; (b) travel expenses of the crew, including food, lodging and ground transportation; (c) hangar and tie down costs away from the Aircraft’s base of operation; (d) insurance obtained for the specific flight; (e) landing fees, airport taxes and similar assessments; (f) customs, foreign permit and similar fees directly related to the flight; (g) in-flight food and beverages; (h) passenger ground transportation; (i) flight planning and weather contract services; and (j) an additional charge equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the expenses listed in clause 2.(a) above.
Permissible Expenses. If travel expenses are a cost of the HWAP work activities, and are eligible for reimbursement with Grant Funds, Grantee shall be reimbursed for such travel expenses in amounts not to exceed the maximum rates as determined by the federal travel regulations in effect under 41 CFR Chapters 300 and 301 at the time of such travel expenses. The federal travel regulations may be found at xxx.xxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. If such expenses are not addressed under the federal travel regulations, Grantee shall adhere to “travel expenses,” as defined in Ohio Administrative Code Section 126-1-02, are a cost of the Project eligible for reimbursement with Grant Funds, Grantee shall be reimbursed for those permissible travel expenses in amounts in accordance with Ohio Administrative Code Section 126-1-02, as updated from time to time (the “Expense Rule) and Grantee agrees that it shall not be reimbursed and Grantor shall not pay any items that are deemed to be “non-reimbursable travel expenses” under the Expense Rule, whether purchased by the Grantee or Grantor or their respective employees or agents.

  • Excess Expenses If the expenses for any Portfolio for any fiscal year (including fees and other amounts payable to the Adviser, but excluding interest, taxes, brokerage costs, litigation, and other extraordinary costs) as calculated every business day would exceed the expense limitations imposed on investment companies by any applicable statute or regulatory authority of any jurisdiction in which shares of a Portfolio are qualified for offer and sale, the Adviser shall bear such excess cost. However, the Adviser will not bear expenses of any Portfolio which would result in the Portfolio's inability to qualify as a regulated investment company under provisions of the Internal Revenue Code. Payment of expenses by the Adviser pursuant to this Section 5 shall be settled on a monthly basis (subject to fiscal year end reconciliation) by a reduction in the fee payable to the Adviser for such month pursuant to Section 3 and, if such reduction shall be insufficient to offset such expenses, by reimbursing the Trust.
