Personal/Carer’s Leave. 5.4.1 Paid Leave (a) An employee will accrue ten (10) days of paid personal/carer’s leave for each completed year of service. Unused leave will accumulate from year to year. Employees can access this leave when they are unable to attend work due to illness or injury.
