Accrual of Paid Personal/Carer’s Leave. (a) Subject to the transitional arrangements of sub-clause 22.10(b), an employee shall accrue an amount of paid personal/carer’s leave, for each completed 4 week period of continuous service with the employer, of 1/26 of the number of ordinary hours worked by the employee for the employer during that 4 week period.
(b) Paid personal/carer’s leave shall accrue on a pro-rata basis and be credited monthly.
(c) Paid personal/carer’s leave is cumulative.
(d) No payment will be made in lieu of accumulated personal/xxxxx’s leave.
(e) Casual employees have no entitlement to paid personal/carer’s leave.
Accrual of Paid Personal/Carer’s Leave. An employee’s entitlement to paid personal leave accrues progressively during a year of service according to the employee’s ordinary hours of work, and accumulates from year to year.
Accrual of Paid Personal/Carer’s Leave. Accrual of Paid Personal/Carer’s Leave. (i) An employee during his/her first year of employment with the employer shall accrue an amount of paid personal/carer’s leave at the rate of 7.6 hours or pro rata thereof on the anniversary of each of the first three (3) months of continuous service.
(ii) Upon completion of four (4) months continuous service the employee shall be entitled to a further 53.2 hours or pro rata thereof personal/carer’s leave.
(b) A full-time employee shall be entitled to sick leave on ordinary pay by allowing 76 rostered ordinary hours of work for each year of continuous service.
(c) Part-time employees shall be entitled to sick leave in the same proportion of seventy six hours as the average weekly hours worked over the preceding 12 months or from the time of the commencement of employment, whichever is the lesser, bears to 38 ordinary hours of one week for each year of continuous service. Such entitlements shall be subject to all the conditions applying to full-time employees.
(d) Paid personal/carer’s leave is cumulative.
(e) No payment will be made in lieu of accumulated personal/xxxxx’s leave.
(f) Casual employees have no entitlement to paid personal/xxxxx’s leave.
Accrual of Paid Personal/Carer’s Leave. (i) For each year of service with his or her employer, an employee is entitled to 10 days of paid personal/xxxxx’s leave.
(ii) An employee’s entitlement to paid personal/carer’s leave accrues progressively during a year of service according to the employee’s ordinary hours of work, and accumulates from year to year.
(iii) No payment will be made in lieu of accumulated personal/carer’s leave.
(iv) Casual employees have no entitlement to paid personal/carer’s leave.
Accrual of Paid Personal/Carer’s Leave. (a) An employee shall accrue paid personal/carer’s leave on a pro-rata basis;
(b) Paid personal/carer’s leave shall accrue on a pro-rata basis and be credited monthly.
(c) Paid personal/carer’s leave is cumulative.
(d) No payment will be made in lieu of accumulated personal/carer’s leave.
(e) Casual employees have no entitlement to paid personal/carer’s leave.
Accrual of Paid Personal/Carer’s Leave. An employee other than a casual is entitled to accrue for each completed four week period of continuous service, an amount of personal/carer’s leave of 1/26 th of the number of nominal hours worked by the employee during the four week period. Personal/ xxxxx’s leave accrues indefinitely and is not capped (i.e. 10 days for an employee who has worked 38 normal hours per week over a 12 month period).
Accrual of Paid Personal/Carer’s Leave. (1) An employee is entitled to accrue an amount of paid personal/carer’s leave, for each completed 4 week period of continuous service with an employer, of 1/26 of the number of nominal hours worked by the employee for the employer during that 4 week period.
Accrual of Paid Personal/Carer’s Leave. Personal/carers leave accrues indefinitely during the period of employment with the Company.
Accrual of Paid Personal/Carer’s Leave. (a) For each year of service with their employer, an employee is entitled to ten (10) days of paid personal/carer’s leave.
