Common use of Personal/Carer’s Leave Clause in Contracts

Personal/Carer’s Leave. 22.1 The Standard (a) Employees are entitled to personal leave in accordance with the provisions of the Standard (refer to Division 5 of Part 7 of the Act). (b) Casual employees have no entitlement to paid personal/carer’s leave, but do have an entitlement to unpaid carer’s leave.
