Common use of Personal/Carer’s Leave Clause in Contracts

Personal/Carer’s Leave. A pregnant Employee, not then on parental leave, who is suffering from an illness whether related or not to the pregnancy, may take any paid and/or unpaid personal/carer’s leave in accordance with clause 34.
