Common use of Personal Leave Days Clause in Contracts

Personal Leave Days. The University shall grant each member of the bargaining unit three (3) personal leave days in each calendar year. These days cannot be saved or banked. They will be taken at a time mutually agreeable between the Employee and the University. In approving such leave departmental operating requirements shall be the major consideration.
